Pinned FeaturedHey admins!ย
Alina from Product team here ๐ As you know, for the whole 2025 we've been gradually updating admin and scalability experience helping you to build Wrike in a clear and reliable fashion. We brought to you such updates like:

- Configuration usage analytics with usage data points, desciptions and overall metrics summaries at the top of each configuration list
- Proactive space archival prompts
- Multi-space configuration for Workflows to create cross-team setups without duplicates and exposing unnecessary things to the whole account (and soon for Custom fields and Custom item types)ย
- Deactivation experience for Forms (and soon for Workflows, Custom fields and Custom item types)
As we are setting up for 2026 (and we have more exciting updates coming up soon!), I wanted to reflect with you on the following question, and learn about your experience now:

Hello An avatar import in mass feature is missing and the a feature in API . a POST request to add avatar.
I love seeing how much clearer admin and scale have become! The birdโs-eye config views and usage analytics especially make it way easier to understand what is actually in use. Multi-space workflows have been a massive win for cross-team setups too. Great work by the Wrike team!! ๐
Great work! As a space admin, it's become so much easier to manage over the past year - the new form management layout is great!
The new bird's-eye view of everything has made sorting through old content a lot easier. Now, we can audit our workflows, request forms, and spaces without needing to contact multiple people.ย
The bird-eye view configuration experienceย forย Forms,ย Workflows,ย Custom item typesย andย Spaces really made managing all of my projects easier and more effecient.
ย
Birds-eye view helped me stay organized, which is key for my peace of mind!
Thank you for focusing on admin experiences in 2025 and I am excited that you will continue to do so in 2026!ย
I particularly loved the new look for the Spaces, Workflows, and Custom Item Type areas (would love a similar look for Custom Fields). The space archive prompts areย really helpful, description for custom fields is a game changer (as is the hover over capability), and the more data elements/features/aggregations (e.g. % in use) we have, the better!ย
Can't wait to see what is coming this year!
๐๏ธ The birds-eye view combined with usage analytics helped make my year-end account review easier than ever! It helps me quickly spot custom features that are no longer utilized so we can keep the backend clean.ย
๐ Custom field descriptions was a game-changer! For example, I created a custom field for projects using the t-shirt scale. Anyone can now hover over that column on our project Table to quickly understand the estimated people, hours, and time for a Small vs a Large project.
๐ฎ I archived three Spaces throughout the year due to the archival prompts.
Thank you for the enhancements, Wrike team!
While these are an appreciated variety of enhancements, the one I've used repeatedly is looking at overall usage by users. It's helped me identify individuals or teams that were underutilizing Wrike, and a few who needed a different license. Being able to run those reports on a regular basis has focused my efforts to make sure we're getting the most out of Wrike from an adoption and usage perspective - starting with the lowest hanging fruit.
The bird's eye will be very helpful! If you work in a strategic team it's a great feature :)
The Proactive Archival prompts are really nice in reminding me of spaces that are no longer being used.ย
Bird-eye view configurationย has been a great addition for us; managing multiple spaces, workflows, and fields was starting to become chaotic!
I appreciate all of the different elements that have brought forward some of the configurations and abilities to view items more clearly.ย I love the custom field spreadsheet.
Birds-eye view and usage analytics have helped a lot to identify unused or redundant resources.
Decluttering our Wrike instance has become much easier.
Multi-space workflows are also extremely useful for the same reasons.
Historically we transformed quite a few workflows into account workflows to be able to use it in more than one space.
Please add the functionality to transform them back into space workflows, as they are often only used in a few workspaces.
ย
Proactive archival prompts have been a game changer! We have so many folks who don't close out their spaces when they leave the org or when team structure changes and they shift to using a new space. It's been helpful to be able to help teammates clean things up without having to do any digging/emailing/communicating/etc.ย
The updated admin view of forms has been very helpful both in keep track of each form but also when changes are made and by who. Also being able to share workflows across multiple spaces has been very helpful and saved time from the admin perspective.ย
I love how we have much more insights into usage and metrics-ย this was typically manual requests - now our admin can have realtime insights!! Amazing and so much easier to manage now!!!ย ย
The form management is amazing and really helpful!
The management and visibility of forms has been extremely useful as we onboarded seven new hires and tweaked the forms to fit the needs of our growing team!
Wrike just continues to get more awesome - love all the improvements!
As many have said before me, the bird's eye view is fantastic!
Elloa Davis I came here to say the same thing. We're just getting around to reeling in our wild west-style implementation and starting true governance. These archiving prompts alerted me to spaces I didn't even know were floating out there!
(Apparently I never hit Submit - arg!!)ย
Bird-eye view configuration experience for Forms, Workflows, Custom item types and Spaces
In general, these updates have kept us more organized over the last year and have kept us in the loop of what's in use vs. what isn't, as well as helped with identification (custom field descriptions!). I'm really looking forward to seeing what updates are coming our way and will continue to provide feedback and suggestions where I can!ย
Bird's eye view is such a lifesaver. We will be combining our account with another group in our company, and I look forward to seeing how it helps us manage our own spaces, forms, custom items, and workflows individually and as a whole.ย ย
These upgrades have been so great in overseeing multiple spaces!ย
I have appreciated all the abilities around birds eye views but the thing I've been most excited aboutย (and still need to really take advantage of) is the ability to have workflows across spaces.ย
Updates are constantly helping to make the job easier and more efficient!ย
My team and I really love Brid's Eye. It's been very helpful in our day-to-day usage and managing the platform.ย
