[From Wrike] New release: New Request Forms administration experience is here!

Alina from Product team here. ๐ย Today I am happy to bring you the new experience of overseeing your forms to help you keep your spaces and account lists in check!ย
Our recent improvements include:
- Get a bird's-eye view into all created forms. Alongside the consistent experience in space settings, access all account, public, private and locked spaces forms in a single, user-friendly view. Slice, dice and navigate through the list with sortings, gropings and search.
- Data points at a glance. No need to dig through each form's settings!ย Easily uncoverย who created the form and when, when it was the last edited and by who, does it have a public link, who as access to the form, what it creates and where exactly it saves the items.
- Status. Notice that the look of the daft state was updated to a toggle being on or off. Turn off the forms and use it to both save your form as a draft or to simply remove (archive) the form that should be no longer in use. Special alert state is also there to indicate if the form is broken and needs your attention.
Quick tip ๐ก Try utilizing the new status column to deactivate and archive the old forms that should no longer be in use by your teams.

This update is a welcome changeโthanks for streamlining the forms administration experience! The simplified interface will certainly help our team manage forms more efficiently.
Iโd like to build on this request with one important enhancement thatโs still missing: an archive function for request forms. In particular, having visibility into when a form was last used would be invaluable. It would allow us to easily move inactive forms into draft mode before we archive them completely, keeping our workspace clean and relevant.
Additionally, it would be extremely helpful to have an option to export the table view of all request forms. I manage an internal spreadsheet that tracks ownership, last updates, and process changes for every form we use. Being able to export this directly from Wrike would save significant manual work and help us maintain more accurate records.
I previously shared feedback suggesting a Request Form Archive feature (see here โบ Request Form Archive), and I believe pairing that with an export option and โlast usedโ visibility would make form management much more efficient for admins.
Thank you for considering these enhancementsโcombining the new interface improvements with better lifecycle management tools would be a big win!

I second Alexandra's comments especially for when a form was last used, in addition to how many times has it been submitted, would be very helpful in initiating an archive, remove, or rethink conversation with space admins and stakeholders.ย
The export table view has already been helpful with custom fields - and would love to see it added here as well.ย

Hey Alexandra Torres! Thank you for your suggestions! Happy to tell you that the status column update is the first part to the archival story. Use the status column to deactivate and archive the forms that you know are old and should no longer be in use โ this will make them non-discoverable by the end-teams. Soon, we will enrich this experience with forms usage data points similar to the recent update in workflows that will help to uncover the information around forms submits, incl. the last submit activity.ย

These are welcomed changes, I appreciate the visibility at a high level! I echo Alexandra's comment above, and have one other item to add. In the Workflow admin view, you can now see total number of status changes and status changes this month, which is awesome. I'd love to have similar usage statistics visible for the forms, especially for ours that create tasks in multiple spaces throughout our account.ย
Great update, thank you Alina! And great to hear that we will get some better insights regarding "last used" and "how many submissions" stats.
Thank you for this update; Iโm glad to see this aspect of administration receiving attention!
I would also like to request the addition of a feature that allows us to print a form in a format suitable for review and sharing with those filling it out. Some of our forms are quite lengthy, and having a "preview" option would be very helpfulโespecially for training purposes or when requesting feedback on the form itself.

Ditto to the above recommendations and thanks for this - it's a great update. I have two request forms in the alert state. I found the error in one of them but the alert state remains, and I can't see the issue with the other one. How are issues highlighted? Not sure what I'm missing.ย

Very excited about these updates!ย We have so many request forms across many teams so having a better way to oversee all of these is great!ย As others above it would be great to see those additional features including last used and number of submits.ย As well as the 'preview/review' function for times when forms need to be reviewed - often this is done by people who are not admins and so don't have access to the editing section of the form.ย Thanks for all your work on this!ย
