Edit and Import Images on Whiteboards

Overview

When working with images on Whiteboards, you can match image sizes, keep images visible when you convert them to ideas, import HEIC and HEIF files, and paste images from more web tools.

Resize Images

1. Select two or more images on the whiteboard.
2. Click Resize image 1 in the context menu.
3. Choose one of the following options to adjust image size 2: 
   1. Match min height: Set all images to the smallest height.
   2. Match max height: Set all images to the largest height.
   3. Match min width: Set all images to the smallest width.
   4. Match max width: Set all images to the largest width.

Convert Images to Ideas

1. Select one or more images.
2. Open the context menu and click Convert to sticky note 1.

Wrike creates the new idea in fitted format, so the full image stays visible.

Crop and Flip an Image

1. Select an image.
2. Click Crop image 1.
3. Adjust the crop area.
4. Click Flip vertically or Flip Horizontally 2 to flip the image as required.
5. Click Save 3 your changes.
6. If you want to go back to the original image, click Original 4 in the context menu.

Import Heic and Heif Files

1. Import a HEIC or HEIF file to the whiteboard.
2. Wrike imports it as an image.

3. Crop, resize, or edit it like any other image.

   

Paste Images From Web Tools

1. Copy an image from Google Slides, Google Docs, Gmail, or a similar web tool.

2. Paste it onto the whiteboard.

   

The image appears on the canvas and is ready to edit.

Replace Image

You can replace existing images directly from the Whiteboard using the image's contextual menu.

Check Image Upload Limits

The maximum image size depends on your plan:

• Free: 5 MB per image
• Pro: 100 MB per image
