Sharing Dashboards Using Public Links
TL;DR
Paid Wrike users can share dashboards with non-Wrike users via public view-only links, with optional expiration dates and password protection. Live updates aren't supported - refresh to see changes. Alternatives: export to Excel or PDF.

In paid accounts, all users except Collaborators, Contributors, External users and Viewers can share dashboards with non-Wrike users via public links.
You can now share a dashboard view with people outside your team and control access and editing permissions. Create a public link to share a specific view from your workspace.
Note
Public links in dashboards aren’t available by default during your trial. If you’d like to enable this feature, contact Customer Support or your account representative.

To generate public links for a dashboard:

Click on Public Links next to the share button 1 .

A window will appear upon clicking the public link button where you can enable the Dashboard’s public link 2 .

After enabling the dashboard’s public link button, a pop-up window will show up, providing a caution message.

Click the Continue button 3 to create a public link that you can copy 4 and share with the user you want to grant view access to your dashboard.

You can assign a timeline after which the public link will expire 5 .

You can also enable the Require Password button 6 , which will generate a random password required for any user to view the dashboard.

You can reset the password and copy it to share it with the users.
Note
Live updates are not supported for Public links. To view the latest updates in dashboards open via a public link, refresh the page in your browser.
Export widgets to Excel: You can export Table-type widgets to Excel by entering the widget's full-screen mode and clicking on Export to Excel.
Download as PDF file: You can export the entire new dashboard to a PDF and print it. Just click the three-dot menu and select Export to PDF.
