Collaborators in Wrike
Collaborators are one of the limited user types in Wrike. Once invited to an account they have access to the Wrike workspace but have limited rights.

The Collaborators license type is being discontinued. Starting January 12, 2025, new accounts will no longer have access to this limited license.

Collaborators don’t take up paid user seats, but there's a limit on how many collaborators you can invite into your account. You’ll get 20 collaborator invites or 15% of your license count (whichever is greater) with no additional charge included with your subscription. If this is not enough, please speak with your Wrike representative to discuss other options.
Collaborators can only view spaces, folders, projects, and tasks that have been shared with them.

Note
On Enterprise Standard and Pinnacle accounts it is possible to adjust existing user types as well as create new ones. This means if a new limited license with a different name is created all users with that user type will count into the total number of collaborators in the account.

Collaborators are able to:

Access tasks through the List view, Table view, Board view, Gantt Chart, and Activity Stream.

Access My to-do and the Inbox tab.

See, comment on, and attach files to tasks, folders, and projects shared with them.

Change the status of a task.

Export reports shared with them (reports are only available on Business and Enterprise accounts).
Note
Account owners and admins with the specific right enabled on Enterprise Pinnacle accounts can adjust rights for all the collaborators in the account. Learn more about it here.
