Awesome update! Just the ability to see all of the custom fields and manage them from the account is great and we can do some long overdue cleanup now. Thanks Lisa and dev team!
Thanks for this very helpful update. Next wish: bulk editing of custom fieldsย ๐

Have this view of the custom fields is HUGE and very helpful. ย It would also be nice to be able to enter a description or intended use of each field as well. ย We maintain a separate document outside of Wrike for our Admins to reference but with the grid view it would be great to have that information in the system as well.
That's a very good point Phillip Wiedower
YES Phillip Wiedower! I recently took over the administration of Wrike and we didn't have a doc - needless to say we have a ton of custom fields and while I did everything I could to see which were and were not being used - I still managed to delete on that a team was using and had to spend hours resurrecting it on their projects and tasks. We do try to use prefixes in everything we do so that at least we have an idea of what team to go to and ask questions, but we failed on that when it came to custom fields.ย
Thanks so much for your feedback Phillip Wiedowerย Rui Oliveiraย Kate, it's really useful for our team to learn about your use-cases! They are now with our Product teamย ๐

Hi, It would be excellent if we could organize the custom fields within the settings manager. Perhaps a simple folder structure to group custom fields to more easily review & edit fields. This would also help group reporting custom field formulas from normal custom field formulas since those are the 1 type of custom field that do not carry over from project/task to reporting.
Agreeing to Kate's comment it would be great to possibly see into custom fields to see where they are being used.
Thank you for sharing your feedback Alexander Fisher!ย ๐ Our team has plans to continue the custom field manager improvements ๐
