For me, this year I'm really excited to dive into Wrike's Generative AI and other AI features to experiment with different ways they can help plan our Community initiatives. Plus, I'll be extensively using Dashboards for better insights, which will help me track both my progress and our projects' progress.

This year, I want to complete the silver certification and fine tune the workflow process in our department and the integrations to make a smoother approval process for our deliverables.
In 2025, I would like to move one of our main personalization processes into Wrike and then compare quality metrics with previous years.
My goal for 2025 is to add more automation rules to become more efficient!ย

This year, one of my key goals is to iron out a detailed project plan for one of our product implementations and build it as a Blueprint in Wrike. I want to demonstrate the effectiveness of Wrike's portfolio reporting to the executive team for possible adoption in other areas.

I plan to increase use of automations, create better ways for cross-team work, and redo some legacy blueprints and requests that have been stagnant for way too long!
