Account owners and admins can save Spaces as templates, making it easy to launch new projects or teams with your proven configurations in just a few clicks.

Creating Request Forms is now faster and smarter! With our new AI-powered form generator, you can instantly create detailed and tailored request forms.
What’s new?

Instantly generate new Request Forms using AI. Add your custom prompt or select from ready-made templates, then click Create Draft.

Use the AI-generated draft as-is or fine-tune it before publishing.

Please note: This feature works for new forms only; existing forms cannot be modified with AI.
How does it work?

Open Request Forms in Space settings and click + to create a new form.

Enter your prompt (or select a template) and hit Create Draft.

Now you can share and reuse workflows across multiple spaces, reducing duplication and administrative complexity. Manage workflow access by adding workflows to two or more spaces, and separately designate whether they are managed at the account or space level. This flexibility supports both centralized and decentralized administration, helping you maintain consistent processes while minimizing unnecessary account-level configurations.

Enhance your dashboards with the new gauge widget, designed to visually communicate key KPIs and track progress effectively. Customize its appearance with conditional coloring, adjustable tick marks and labels, and a wide selection of colors.

Advanced filtering is now available in Calendar View! You can now apply complex filters to see exactly what you need.
In addition to all the available filtering power and flexibility in the new filters, use filter groups and AND/OR logic for greater control and flexibility in scheduling and planning.

Timesheets now automatically reflect your work schedule exceptions, such as public holidays and vacation days, making compliance easier and time tracking more accurate.
What’s new?
New setting: Reflect calendar exceptions in required hours. When enabled:

Required hours are adjusted for exceptions.

Users receive clear weekly warnings about expected hours.

Additional workdays in the schedule are visible in Timesheets.

Add Klaxoon whiteboards to Wrike Tools section
Available on Business and above plans with the Klaxoon add-on
You can now add Klaxoon whiteboards directly to your Tools section in Wrike, making it easier to access and manage your boards without leaving your workspace.

Owners, Admins, and Regular users can access Klaxoon whiteboards.

All space members can open boards, but only space admins can add them.

Wrike Dashboard Widgets in Klaxoon Board
Available for PRO Klaxoon users with the Wrike integration enabled
You can now display a live Wrike dashboard widget directly on your Klaxoon board, keeping your team up to date with the latest information from Wrike.
How does it work?

Copy the dashboard widget link from Wrike and insert it into your Klaxoon board.

The widget can be resized, moved, duplicated, and locked as needed.

Available as an add-on for Business and higher plans
Wrike Whiteboard by Klaxoon is now available as a whiteboarding-only add-on designed for Wrike users. In addition, a new Viewer role has been introduced to support more flexible collaboration.

Use natural language prompts to quickly create customized board structures. The assistant can automatically generate building blocks (such as titles, text, and stickies) for common use cases like ideation sessions, retrospectives, and project planning.

Convert Whiteboard Content to Wrike Items
Available on Business and above plans with the Klaxoon add-on
AI analyzes selected visual content on your whiteboard and automatically suggests structured work items like projects and tasks, which can be created in Wrike with a single click. Learn more in this detailed Help Center article.
Available on Team and higher plans
We’ve rolled out a new overview for Wrike’s AI features usage, splitting them into two tiers: AI Essentials and AI Elite. Now you can easily track your team’s monthly usage allowances for each tier right in Account Management. Admins will be notified if you reach the limit, and you’ll have unlimited access to all AI features until March 31, 2026.
