Understanding Wrike AI Pricing and Usage
TL;DR:
AI Essentials includes tools for onboarding, content creation, summaries, forms, automation, highlights, and Board AI, with a pooled allowance of 50 actions per account user each month. AI Elite includes features like Copilot, Agents, widget generator, and Board assistant, and is available starting from the Business plan. For AI Elite, the pooled allowance per month is 3 actions for Business, 5 for Enterprise, and 10 for Pinnacle plans. Track usage via Profile > Settings > Account management > AI usage; hitting limits only alerts admins and features keep working till March 31, 2026.

You can easily track how many AI actions your organization has used each month. The usage numbers refresh automatically on the first day of every month.
You can view AI usage for both AI Essentials and AI Elite in AI usage under Account management.
To check your AI usage:

Click your profile image in the sidebar 1.

Select Settings 2 from the drop down menu.

Under Account management, scroll down and select AI usage 3.

You’ll see the total number of AI actions used by everyone in your organization.

You’ll continue to have unlimited free access to all AI features until March 31, 2026, with no interruptions. Starting April 1, 2026, our generous AI usage quotas will take effect, and paid packages for additional actions will be available. You will not be charged automatically - your account manager will contact you to discuss options.
