- The New Wrike Experience is Here to Stay โจ
We're excited to say that the rollout of the New Wrike Experience has been successful so far, and there's now close to 60% of active users using the New Wrike Experience! Weโre now gradually enteringย a sunset phase of the Classic Wrike Experience starting on July 6th.

Note: The Classic Wrike Experience will not be sunsetted for everyone on this date, and we'll be in touch with all the customers in advance of each account's sunset phase. Please check out this Community post for more information.

- Workload Charts - Pre-Configuration of Backlog Box ๐ฆ
Before: When you created a workload chart, the Backlog Box was empty and you had to configure it separately.
Now: The Backlog Box is pre-configured to include tasks from the same location that the workload chart uses as the task source. You can change that in the Backlog Box settings by selecting Somewhere else.

- Task Stream - File Versions Information ๐
We added information about adding a new file version, adding a comment to a specific version, adding a file to review to the Task stream.
Please note: this is a gradual release so you might not see this in your account yet. This will become available for everyone in the coming weeks.

- Bookings - Comparison Mode Activated For All Customers Who Enabled Bookings in Wrike Labs ๐ญ
From now on, Task effort and Booking effort are separate effort types (previously they aggregated to each other). Booked effort can be compared to task effort (in Table, Workload or Resources view). User allocation will be calculatedย as the maximum of either booked effort or task effort (depending on which of them is higher) in each project.

- AI Recommended Tasks - Public Release! ๐ฅณ
AI Recommended Tasks is out of Wrike Labs and is now available to all users on all accounts using the New Wrike Experience. The AI Recommended Tasks widget is displayed on the Home page.

We haven't switched over and won't until end July!!! Various reasons why not but there you go.
I'm a fan of the New Wrike Experience, and I'm looking forward to the new details of the task stream!
I've been using it for a while but I better start talking to people about the New Experience before I get a lot of confused people emailing meย ๐ ๐ ๐

My Team started the demo stage prior to the all these great releases, so it is nice to see so many changes and improvements while working through the integration process.ย I find it helpful to follow Releases and try to review them in the tool as soon as they are released so I learn the new functionality and follow other Users feedback incase they have questions or issues.ย
Happy to see the new experience is here to stay and that the AI recommended tasks are too!
The AI recommended tasks feature looks interesting! Our team has a tough time with prioritizing tasks sometimes and I'm looking forward to seeing if this helps.

Regarding the AI Recommended Tasks, it's currently possible to move the widget to the very bottom of your Home page. However, our team is currently looking at the possibility to introduce more customization to your Home page.

Any suggestions for those who cling to the old version? Who refuse to use spaces and keep using the old tree structure?
Debbie Brownlieย start small.ย Like 1 Space called "All Projects" (for your entire folder tree) and 1 Space called "Wrike FAQ's" (to house resources for new users).ย
Love the new experience - spaces have become our best friends!ย ย
