Space ID

TL;DR

Each space in Wrike has a unique ID that you can use to identify the space or open it directly with a URL. To find it, open the space’s Space overview, click the three-dot menu, and select Copy link. The number at the end of the copied URL is the space ID. You can also show the ID in Table view by enabling Parent row and adding the ID column.

Overview

Every space in Wrike has its own unique ID number, which can be searched for and accessed easily. It may also be useful for identifying items in Wrike according to your own needs.

Simply go to a space's page by typing “https://www.wrike.com/open.htm?id=” into your address bar and including the space's ID at the end of the link.

How to Find Your Space ID

  1. In the sidebar, open the relevant space, and click Space overview 1.
  2. Click the three-dot menu 2 under the space title.
  3. Select Copy link 3.

  1. Paste the link if needed. The number at the end of the URL is the space ID 4.

Tip

You can also show the space ID in Table view 1.

  1. Open Space overview 2.
  2. Click the three-dot menu 3 in the toolbar, and enable Parent row 4.

  1. Click + Add column 5 in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select ID 6.

The ID appears in the space title row 7.

FAQ

Is it possible to customize the Wrike ID that is assigned to an item once it is created?

It is not possible to customize the ID number on a Wrike item as it is generated by the system and is used as a unique identifier in Wrike's database. For a custom item labeling system to be used, it is best to create a Custom Field.
