Table View Widget in Dashboards
The Table view widget brings all your work into one configurable table, so you can report on, summarize, and navigate projects and tasks easily from a single dashboard. Use it to build clear project and portfolio views while keeping your dashboards simple and easy to navigate.

The Table View widget lets you see all your work in one place, with full task, project, and folder hierarchies so you have the full context. You can group, filter, and summarize data to support personal and project reporting directly on dashboards. With customizable fields, hierarchy controls, and subitem settings, the Table View widget helps you replace multiple widgets with a single, flexible view that’s easier to maintain and navigate.

Navigate to the Dashboards section 1 in the sidebar, click the caret icon 2 next to the dashboard title, and select the relevant dashboard from the list 3.
Note
If you don’t see Dashboards in the sidebar, click More button 4 and choose Dashboards from the list.
OR
Navigate to the relevant space and open the preferred dashboard from the Tools 5 section in the sidebar.

To add a new widget, click + Widget 6 in the top-right corner of the dashboard and choose the Table option 7 from the list to create the Table view widget.

To edit an existing widget, click the three-dot menu 8 in the top-right corner of the widget and select Edit 9 from the drop-down menu.

You can modify the widget data 10 depending on how you want to visualize the information.

Click Create widget 11.
The widget will be created and added to your dashboard.

Open the Table widget editor view.

You can customize the Table view by using the following features from the settings panel on top:

Data Source 1 : The data source option lets you choose which folders, projects, or spaces the Table view widget pulls its items and fields from.

Filter 2 : The filter option lets you narrow which items appear in the Table view widget based on criteria like status, assignee, dates, or custom fields.

Sort 3 : Sorting lets you organize tasks or projects by priority or specific fields such as status, due date, or assignee, so information appears in a clear, meaningful order.

Priority: The Priority sorting option lets you organize tasks, folders, or projects in a custom sequence defined by you, so items appear in the exact order you prefer which can be adjusted using drag and drop.

Name: Sorts items alphabetically.

Status: Groups by workflow status.

Due Date: Orders items by their deadlines, earliest first.
Note
All active fields that are enabled through the Fields option can be used as sorting criteria in Table view. This allows you to organize items based on any available field that’s relevant to your workflow.

Group by 4 : The group by option lets you organize items in the Table view widget into sections based on a field, such as status, assignee, project, or custom fields.

Fields 5 : The fields option lets you choose which columns are shown in the Table view widget and in what order, including system and custom fields.

Show as flat list or hierarchy 6 : The Show as hierarchy or flat list option lets you switch between viewing items in their folder/project structure or as one simple, un-nested list.

Subitems 7 : The subitems option lets you choose whether to collapse, or expand subitems inside the Table view widget.
Note
You can edit workflow statuses, due dates, assignees, and other task details directly from Table view widget, no need to open each task individually. Just click on the field you want to update and make your changes.

Click Save changes 8 to apply your customizations.
