Overview

With the Wrike for Adobe XD plugin, you can manage tasks directly from your design environment. This includes adding files to tasks, uploading new file versions, deleting files, and changing task statuses.

Any user (except for collaborators) can perform multiple actions from the plugin.

Note

For users on Business and Enterprise accounts, some options might be unavailable due to your access role in Wrike.

Add files to tasks

  1. Open any task you need from the list by clicking it.

  2. Click the Upload to task button.

  3. Choose your file options: select the file format, decide if you want to add all artboards or just the selected one, and pick the device format.

  4. Click Upload.

  5. Your file will be added to the task in Wrike.

The file is added to the task in Wrike.

Upload new file versions

  1. Open the list of files under the task.

  2. Select an element or the whole artboard you want to upload.

  3. Hover over the file for which you want to add a new version.

  4. Click Update.

  5. Set up settings for the new file and click Upload.

  6. A new version of the file is added to Wrike. You can access any version directly in Wrike.

Delete files

  1. Open the list of files under the task.

  2. Hover over the file for which you want to add a new version.

  3. Click the delete icon that appears.

Change task status and add comments

Change the task status as you would in Wrike. Note that changing workflows is not supported from the plugin.

To add comments:

  1. Open any task you need from the list by clicking it.

  2. Click on Show comments.

  3. Type your comment and click Send.

Note

@mentioning, text formatting, and adding attachments to comments aren’t supported.
