Deleting Custom Fields
On Business accounts, the account owner and all account admins can delete both account- and space-level custom fields. On Enterprise accounts only account owners can delete any custom field by default, but they can give account admins the permission to do that. Additionally, on all accounts, space admins can delete space-level custom fields that belong to their space.
In Team plan accounts, custom fields can only be deleted via the Table view.
You can completely delete any custom field along with its values from the account, including any account-level field that isn't shared with you in the Account Management section.
Note
Account-wide custom field management panel doesn't display custom fields that belong to personal and locked spaces.
If you're a space admin, you can also delete space-level custom fields from the custom field management view in your space.

Navigate to the relevant space.

Click the gear 1 located either in the sidebar or below the space’s name.

Select Custom Fields 2 tab.

Click the row of the relevant custom field in the table.

Click Delete from account located at the bottom of the overlay that appears on the right.

Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm your decision.
Note
You can also delete custom fields using the “Fields” option. Locate the custom field which you want to delete and click the three-dot menu.Clicking this will open a submenu containing a 'delete' option. This feature makes it easier to delete fields without needing to navigate to space settings.
Delete multiple space-level custom fields at a time

Navigate to the relevant space.

Select Custom fields 2 ltab.

Check the boxes to the left of the titles of all custom fields that you want to delete.

Click Delete from account in the panel that appears on the right.

Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm your decision.
Caution
Before deleting a custom field, make sure that it's no longer used in the account. You can check usage data in the Custom field section of Account Management. Deleting a custom field will affect all users who have access to the field and may interrupt the work of filters, request forms, and automation rules that use that field.

Click your profile image 1 from the sidebar.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

Click Custom fields 3 in the left panel under Account management section.

Click the row of the relevant custom field in the table.

Click Delete from account located at the bottom of the overlay that appears on the right.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

Click Custom fields 3 in the left panel under the Account management section.

Users on the Team plan can not delete custom fields from Account or Space Settings.
Custom fields should be deleted via the Table view following these steps:

Open space or project in the Table view 1.

Go to the Fields 2 menu in the toolbar.

Locate the field you wish to delete.

Click on the three-dot menu 3 next to the toggle.

Select the Delete field 4 option.

Go to your Personal space.

Switch to the Table view 1.

Click the Fields 2 menu from the toolbar.

Locate the field you wish to delete.

Click on the three-dot menu 3 next to the toggle.

Select the Delete field option 4.
There's no way to restore the field from your account. If you need a deleted custom field restored, please contact Wrike Customer Support.
