Feature Updates
- Reports - Duplication Option Added 📊
Wrike Reports can now be duplicated 🥳 A huge thank you to our members who have been supporting this suggestion on the Community! 🙌
You can duplicate a report either by right-clicking the report in your list of reports or by using the three-dot menu in a report itself.
Both of these options will open a dialogue box where you can specify a new title, location, etc.
Only those with full or editor access roles to a report can duplicate it.

- Task View - Improved Layout for Suggested Workflows ♻️
When you click the status in Task view, the way suggested workflows appear in the menu has changed. If there are more than 10 suggested workflows in the space, the first 10 will be displayed followed by a 'More workflows' option which will show more suggested workflows, and then an option to see 'All account workflows'.
If there are less than 10 suggested workflows, they will all be displayed followed by an option to show 'All account workflows'.
- Job Roles - Supported in User Export 👤
Now, when account admins and owners export the user list, they can choose to export job role titles too. We added the corresponding checkbox to the 'Advanced settings' on the export pop-up.
- Workload Charts - New Projects Mode for Charts 📋
We added a new mode for workload charts - Projects. In this mode, the main focus of the chart is projects, which can help you understand the distribution of resources across your project portfolio.
To switch to Projects mode, click the View by dropdown on the left side of the chart's settings panel and select Projects. When users switch to this mode, they see the list of projects from the location selected as the source for the current Workload chart.
Please note: the horizontal backlog box is not available in the Projects mode. It's also not possible to group tasks by job role or projects in this mode.
- Analytics View - Top Performers Widget Removed
Based on user feedback, we've removed the Analytics view's widget showing Top performers from all accounts.
Fixes
- Google Drive Files Not Opening by File Link Copied From Wrike
When some of you copied a link to a Google Drive file from a task/project stream and tried to open it by pasting the link in a new tab, you would get a "This site can’t be reached" error. We fixed it 😊
- Date Picker in Time Tracker Automatically Closing When Selecting Dates
When some of you tried to manually add a time entry for a past/future date in the Time Tracker, the date picker would just close once you switched to a previous/next month. Now, it's fixed 🥳
- Black Spot Appears When Selecting Attachment
When selecting a file attachment, some of you reported an ominous black spot appearing in the top left-hand corner of their workspace. When clicked, the black spot would perform random actions such as opening the selected file or deleting it. The black spot is now removed 👍
