注目の投稿Feature Updates
- Dashboard - AI Highlights (Wrike Labs Release) ⚡️
Introducing the AI Highlights widget—a powerful new feature that provides a real-time overview of your dashboard with AI-generated highlights and insightful data points. With this widget, you’ll immediately find the most relevant information and insights every time you access your dashboard.
As part of the Work Intelligence preview bundle, you can enable this feature in Wrike Labs. For more details, check out our detailed Community post and share your feedback in the comments below! 👇

- Custom Fields - Add Custom Field Descriptions ⚙️
To provide better structure and understanding in your workspace, optional descriptions can now be added to custom fields. These descriptions can clarify a custom field’s purpose or indicate ownership, minimizing confusion and helping teams work more effectively.
Right now, custom field descriptions are available only to admins (Account and Space Admins) and users with the right to edit custom fields. They can view and manage these descriptions directly in the Custom Field Editor and Custom Field Management. To know more, check out our detailed post.

- API – Calculated Custom Fields Now Available 🧮
We’re excited to announce that Calculated Custom Fields (CCFs) are now generally available via Wrike’s Public API! Formula Custom Fields are one of the most powerful tools in Wrike, and now your API workflows can fully leverage their capabilities.
What’s New?
-GET /v4/customfields: Calculated Custom Fields are now returned in the response.
-Relevant GET endpoints for tasks, folders, and spaces now include Calculated Custom Field values.
This update removes the need for external calculation workarounds and unlocks advanced automation and reporting possibilities using formula fields directly through the API.

I like the custom field descriptions, but it would be even better if those appeared as tool tips or somewhere next to where the actual field lives. When we are in a project and see a lot of these custom fields in our project overview, it would be helpful to see the description there - without having to go back into the settings to read the description of the custom field. For example, we have 2 custom fields for Notes - one that appears on the project and one that appears on a report. It would be helpful to get a hint here to see which is which.
Still struggling to find a usecase for the AI-Highlights!
Love the custom field description! This is especially helpful when I am testing something out. When I come across the old test (or Wrike post) fields, the description is going to make it easier to clean them up.
I agree with Danielle Wilson that some kind of a hint easily seen by users would be an improvement.
Love the custom field description! I recently created an excel spreadsheet so I could add my descriptions - excited to transfer all of these into Wrike. I agree with Danielle Wilson and Therese Forsyth that a hint which can be seen by users would be helpful.
Hey everyone 👋
We're glad to hear you’re enjoying the new features, and thank you for your feedback. We’ll make sure it’s passed along to the responsible team 👍

Love it!
Yes!!! Custom field descriptions!!!
I love the custom field descriptors
I am an account admin, but unfortunately I’m unable to save the description in the custom fields. As soon as I click save, the field is cleared again.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Are there other users experiencing the same issue? It seems like the description either isn’t being saved properly or isn’t refreshing correctly for the user interface. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Iris van Enck 👋 I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue, and thank you for bringing it to our attention. I’ve asked our support team to reach out and assist you, they’ll be in touch with you shortly.

Rohan V Thanks for forwarding this to the support team. I've since been in contact with them. Initially, it didn’t work at the space level, but it did work at the account level. I just tested it again at the space level, and it now seems to be working correctly.
Iris van Enck, glad to know it’s working now! We appreciate you getting back to us and letting us know 👍

Rohan V Adding descriptions to custom fields is a great feature — we've started using it recently, and it's been a valuable addition for our users.
However, in the table view, when dragging a custom field from left to right (or vice versa), clicking on the field also triggers the description to appear. This makes it a bit difficult to move the field smoothly.
I’d like to suggest a small improvement: consider adding an "i" (info) icon next to the custom field title. This way, the description would only appear when the icon is clicked, rather than on any click within the field itself. It would make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly during field reordering.
