โจ Releases - New Space Forms Feature, Item View Updates, Generative AI Addition, and More! (4/22/2024)
Feature Updates
- Request forms - Use Additional Space Workflows in Space Forms ๐
Now, statuses from Space workflows are accessible in your Space requests forms. This includes the main Space of the form (the Space where the form belongs) as well as additional Spaces added to the form.
In order to use other Spaces workflows, first youโll need to select them in the Other spaces option of the request form builder:
- Item View - Convert Blueprints to Other Item Type
We have expanded the capabilities of converting tasks to projects and vice-versa and now you can also convert Blueprints to other item types.ย
Similarly as with the other item types, to achieve this, you only need to open the relevant blueprint, click on the three-dot menu located at the top right corner of the item view, and then select the option Change item type.
- Generative AI - Draft a Work Breakdown Structure for Your New Project ๐งช๐ป
We continue adding new options to our Generative AI feature (available in Wrike Labs) ๐ช Now, you can use the option Create subitems with AI when starting a new project to effortlessly break down its structure into subitems. To access this feature, open the relevant project and click on the AI icon โจ located next to the Add subitem button:
Once you click on it, youโll be asked to describe your projectโs goals:
After providing this information, the system will create a list of suggested subitems. Click on the Create subitems button to add these tasks to your project:
In seconds, the magic of AI will populate your brand new project with all its necessary tasks:
