Request Forms in Spaces

Table 41. Availability - Legacy plans

Important

Users on the New Team Plan do not have access to Request Forms.

Overview

Space admins can create and control request forms in spaces they manage.

Request forms in Wrike can be assigned to a particular space. This way, space admins can manage these request forms even if they don't have access to request form settings in the general account management available to account admins and owners only.

Note

You can’t assign request forms to Personal spaces.

As a space admin, you can view the full list of all request forms that belong to your managed space, create new ones, and edit, duplicate, and delete them.

Tip

It's also possible to assign an existing request form to a space. Account admins and the account owner can do this:

  1. Click on the your profile image 1 in the top-left of your workspace and select Settings 2.

  2. Scroll to Account management 3, and select Request forms 4 from the sidebar.

  3. Click the three-dot menu button 5 on the request form and select Convert to space form option 6 from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Convert 7 from the pop-up.
