๐Releases-Tables, approvals, and invisible tasks (1/27/20)
Feature Updates
Project Filters in Table View
Like a coffee machine, we love a good filter. You can now filter items by project in the Table view.
"Undo" for Billing Type
Made a mistake? Don't worry about it. Now you can undo changes made to a task or to project billing type in the Table view.
Approval Update
You can now see when approvers haven't given their decisions. Now you know who's been ignoring your messages ๐
Fixes
No Tasks in Column Type Reports
You may have noticed that when you created column type reports filtered by assignee, and at the same time grouped by assignee, you didn't see any tasks there (switching to the table layout showed that there were tasks indeed). This is fixed!
Would certainly like to know more about approvers.ย Can project managers report on this?

"Approval Update

Instructions not clear - how do we use that?
Thanks so much for adding project filters in table view!ย ๐
Hey Admin Botย and Glyn Thomas!
Now in multiple views, you will be able to see whether users have either confirmed or denied the approval you have sent them. For example, hovering over users in the Task View will look like this;
This will be the same across other views, and in File Approvals as well.
You are able to filter tasks on Reports by approval status as well, so that you can show each task that has yet to be approved in one place.
Hope this helped!
Thanks so much for the Table filtering or Projects! Would love to see this on the workload as well.ย

Sorry but what do you mean by "Task View"?
Admin Bot
The Task View is the space where you can add and edit the description of your tasks. Here's an example of the view along with how approvals will look when you hover your mouse over the Approvals tab;
If you have any other questions let me know! ๐
Sometimes the release notes have a lot more information / dedicated pages and sometimes they are just a sentence. Can we get a short screen share video for each release? Sometimes it is difficult to understand what is meant by some of these releases without a visual aid.
