Much appreciated, ff you pass by Bergamo, I'll be your Cicero ๐
Hey there,ย
ย
I'm Kat. I live in the US and have worked for my current health care employer for 4 years. Before that I was in the public relations space and have two history book editing credits. I like learning new things. I tend to be the first one on the team to learn a new program. That's helped me collect all kinds of skills from HTML coding to being the first on the team to be Wrike certified.ย
Wrike is fairly new for our company. We have a circle of excellence set up to share best practices as different groups and areas start to adopt and use Wrike. My team is a group of project managers and continuous improvement agents. We're looking forward to Wrike helping us create snapshots of where we are in projects and what savings our projects are bringing to the organization.ย

Hello community,
I am Marco Nipkow and would like to introduce myself. I work for the company Schoenergie in Fรถhren near Trier.
SCHOENERGIE - 4 BROTHERS - 1 COMPANY
A strong environmental awareness drives us. Solar power for all is our vision.
Schoenergie is a family business. Through father Schรถller, the brothers gained an early insight into the energy industry. In 2008, as brothers - Bernd, Erik, Volker and Gerd Schรถller - they decided to change it permanently. Today they are no longer just 4 brothers. We are over 200 men and women who see their work as a vocation and want to drive the energy transition forward as Schoenergie.
This happens on a small as well as a large scale. This is how we have not only mastered the lean times of our turbulent industry, but have also grown steadily. In the meantime, we have realised more than 3,000 customer projects for private households and companies as well as solar parks with an output of more than 800 MW. In addition to our headquarters in Fรถhren near Trier, we also have branch offices in Bergisch Gladbach and Mรผnster to serve our customers. Our plants supply clean solar electricity in Germany, Europe and even in the Middle East and Central America.
Solar power replaces fossil fuels, creates new jobs with a future and protects the climate and nature. The use of photovoltaics to generate solar power is not only effective from an economic point of view: people and the environment benefit from this technology. For this reason, like sunlight, we remain inexhaustible and full of SCHOENERGY for our #missionsunshine.
We introduced Wrike more than a year ago to better structure our PV projects. I am responsible for mapping the processes in the industry area in Wrike and serve my colleagues as a contact person for all questions about Wrike.
I look forward to the exchange in the community.
Welcome Marco Nipkow
Hi everyone,
I am Shan Azeerulla and currently reside on the beautiful southeast coast of South Florida, in Fort Lauderdale. I am a project manager and the company I work for is in the wellness/dietary supplement industry. For fun, I enjoy DJing, working on home improvement projects and spirit-driving in my twin-turbo 1993 Toyota Supra.
We've incorporated Wrike roughly five years ago and we've seen the platform evolve over time and its made our processes and workflows very efficient, precise and collaborative. It has enabled us to be, what we call, "a well-oiled machine" due to all of the services our business provides for our clients, including application development, marketing strategy, manufacturing and/or bottling, customer care/relations and distribution. We love the platform for its user-friendliness, reporting features and dashboard views. My favorite feature is the proofing tool. File versioning, approval history, review markers and @mentions make the process transparent, intuitive and easy to follow for all stakeholders.
We thank Wrike for its assistance in helping us manage projects in a timely manner and accomplish deadlines. The account representatives are also very knowledgable, prompt and friendly (shout outs to Natalie Denny!)
It's great to e-meet you Shan Azeerulla ๐ Thank you for posting a bit about you, and for your kind words ๐ค
Welcome to the Community! Please don't hesitate to post, ask, and share your use cases and feedback!ย

Hey everyone, I'm Allison!
I'm currently working as a project manager with a nonprofit space and am at the tail end of a fresh Wrike implementation here. I'm learning a lot about different working preferences and figuring out the best way to leverage Wrike for my new team. I've been using Wrike for about 11 years now - first for new product implementation at an electronics manufacturer and then as a project/program manager for a fulfillment and logistics company. It's been very cool to grow with Wrike as new features and functionality have been released over the years and to use it in different industries.
It's very helpful to see others post about use cases and see how people approach problems differently. My current struggle is finding a way to align our instance with GTD methodology - one of our team members wants to see clearly 'things I can work on' vs 'things I can't start because they are waiting for something/someone else' and the to-do list dated properly isn't working for them. I also have someone that is a fan of board view which isn't my preference, so I'm trying to figure out a way to make that work for us here. I find I'm cutting back on workflows to make it easier to see everything in one place but then losing the functionality of those specialized paths. Any help there especially with the 'next action' type tagging would be very welcome :)
My home base is Florida, USA but I love to travel and experience life with people all over the world with family and friends, both old and new. Remote work has allowed me to move around more than before and I'm taking full advantage of that again this year.
Natalie has been helpful for me too :) She was my rep with the previous company and naturally my first reach-out when I started here to get Wrike up and running. I've had great experiences with both account and technical support here at Wrike - another reason it's my go-to for project management.ย
ย
Hi Allison Chase, thank you so much for taking the time and introducing yourself, very happy to welcome you to the forums ๐ค
I hope you know that for any challenges you may have, just post about them here in the Community and we and the members here will do our best to help!ย
I just love that you mention travelling and experiences, i'm also a huge fan of having much less limitations that the remote work brought to us ๐

Hello all,
I'm Heather and I have become the go-to person at my organization for everything Wrike. Wrike has great capabilities and the teams have found great success with various applications of the Wrike forms and Dashboards.ย
Happy to be here. Coming from the K-12 sector.
hello!ย ๐
Hi Jeff Buettler, Gabriel Stangl-Riehleย ! Welcome to the Community, we are happy to have you here ๐ Any topics you are especially interested in discussing? ๐
Hello. I am Adam Brigham. I am a Business Analyst and manager of the Onboarding and Implementation team for a software technology company called Equiant Financial Services. I started here in Jan 2023 and am looking to make big changes to our teams process. I have never been a Project Manager, but have worked with many in my previous positions. I have 3 kids, two dogs, and a wife; we are constantly busy and love going camping. I started using Wrike to create a straight forward process and get a more direct task management to "hopefully" provide me, and my team, with more family time and "get aways" to relax and recharge.ย
I am looking forward to using Wrike automation to streamline our process and provide high-level feedback on progress to the C-Suite and our clients. Also, I hope to find reoccurring issues with our product and procedure; then get them corrected. One of the main things I like about Wrike vs. other platforms is the description feature for tasks. I am going to use this for specific procedures on tasks so we don't have to research across multiple locations. (I'll still have a training space outside of Wrike, but at least it will also be included on each task.)
I have too many questions to get into here since I just started in Wrike last week, but I will definitely use this as a resource when I come across a particularly stubborn fix.ย
Thank you and I'm glad to be partnered with Wrike.ย
We are very happy to have you here in the forums Adam Brigham ๐
Please feel free to post in the Community any time, and we'll try our best to help ๐

Hello,
My name is Jaymi - I am an Office Manager for The Coporate office for a large CRE company.ย
I'm a new asset to the team and have just been introduced to Wrike 3 months ago! When I was introduced, I got tasked to set up 7 teams with little knowledge of what this application even was!ย
3 months in - let me tell you, I still feel like a novice. However, I'm hoping diving headfirst in and not giving up will help me structure all 7 teams into utilizing, what I believe, is an awesome app.ย
I'm a busy single mama but I love organization and control at my fingertips. So, anything that will help prioritize task, and eliminate multiple step processes/software's, I am game! I'm hoping that I can incorporate the necessary features to help the productivity of my team. However, there is S0 many features and wonderful things, it's a bit overwhelming - if I can be honest!
Jaymi March We're glad to have you in the Community! I understand how it can be a bit overwhelming not only start using a new solution, but also setting up different teams in it, and that's where I believe our Community can help you ๐
If you have any specific questions on how to do something in Wrike, please post in our How To forum.
The Best Practices forum is a great place if you'd like to see how other teams manage different processes or use particular features. If you'd like to share a best practice with the Community, this forum is perfect for that too!
In case you have any feedback you'd like to share about Wrike, please post in the Product Feedback forum.
Our Weekly Release Notes forum is the place where we share all Wrike releases on a weekly basis. You can start following the forum - that way, you'll receive an email notification every time the new post is published ๐
We also have other forums here, but these four will help you get started. And of course, if you have questions on any of the above, be sure to let me know, I'll be happy to help ๐ค

Hello everyone!
My name is Joe and I've recently joined a small software company as their new Technical Project Manager.ย I'm familiar with Wrike from a prior company a few years ago, but we had just begun using it so I'm in the process of refreshing my knowledge.ย My new company is using Wrike, but in limited and separate ways.ย Our Product Team is using it to prioritize new features.ย Our Dev team doesn't use it at all - instead they use MS Project and JIRA.
My role here is to create better synergies between the Product and Development Teams.ย I plan to improve the use of Wrike by the Product Team, and replace MS Project for the Dev Team.ย My goal is to create a PM Platform to manage Product development from Ideation through Software release.ย (JIRA will remain as is as it drives the activities of the software development team).ย I hope to leverage the Wrike community for best practices and advice in my new role!
