I'm introverted so I prefer not to post, but I like the Wrike Stars challenges and eventually want to get my belts so I'm starting with this...

I'm Maria and my days are spent in the department of Delivery in a consultancy focused on helping our clients attract and retain students and young employees with education and early career.

We help our clients create creative and informative A-Z attraction campaigns focused on attracting young people to education or career. Aside from that, we also advise our clients in student well-being and retention, and provide software that help our clients achieve their goals in well-being, satisfaction, and retention.

To us Wrike is our daily project planning and management tool we use in order to meet our clients' expectations to the deliverables, and all specialized colleagues live by the calendar and workload views pr. employee to keep track of what to do and what expectations are to deadlines and efforts, as well as time registration. All our products each have a template (project) and these templates are rolled out for a smooth task planning proces and work as a checklist for all involved. Wrike is further an incredibly important tool for our capacity forecasting on each specialized role. Our organization has used Wrike since 2018/2019. 

My own focus is quality, velocity, and satisfaction and I primary work on the art of planning and on delivery processes.
I'm currently looking into "how would we do it, if we were to build our Wrike account today" as well as building dashboards in and utilizing Analyze.

My current favorite Wrike element must be Workload - view by: People 🤓

Hello, I am Curtis.  I enjoy life in North Carolina and work for National General Insurance (in the Allstate Family of Companies).

We are using WRIKE to help provide a single tool to manage WORK for IT INfrastructure.  Our challenges is that many other departments are in WRIKE.  It grew for the Marketing team.  Other teams are joining.

For IT INfrastructure, we created separate SPACES, groups that represnet our ORG charts with appropriate subgroups.  ANd we have separated our tools like custom fields, blueprints, workflows with naming conventions or share permissions.  Other teams have not.

My main focus now is to automate as much as possible with automation, workflows, etc.  I am learning and look forward to discussions around automation.

My name is Hallie Craig, I work as an Administrative Assistant at Bowling Green State University- I have a split role in assisting with Project Management for our Print request items, as well as programming for WBGU. I have worked with BGSU for 2 years now, but transitioned into my new role only about a month ago.  

I am looking to gain a better understanding of the In's and Outs of Wrike- and to fully learn the software. My previous job did not have a project management software, however I have used a few other project management softwares for personal projects before. So far Wrike seems to have a lot of cool and unique features!

Hello Community. My job title is marketing manager and I'm with a small-medium health system in the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. I've been tasked with the maintenance and management of Wrike as our team has grown, and as we try to get a handle on all the requests we process.

Fun fact: my husband and I support and care for a dog that is called Pudelpointer, an excellent hunting breed that a lot of U.S. folks don't know too much about, though perhaps our German community members do. 

My goal is to become the office guru of Wrike and I'm only just becoming familiar with its vast capabilities.

Not sure if this is still live but figured I'd throw a hello out there just in case, I'm a big believer in user communities and I hope this turns out to be a live and vibrant one!

I'm looking to use Wrike to optimise business processes in the manufacturing sector and keen to learn lessons from others on what's made their Wrike journeys easier.

A tip I've learned already that helps with initial adoption of Wrike, or any piece of tech really, you've got to work out the relatable stepping stones from what they know to where you want them to be and take them one at a time. Such as describing Wrike as "being able to filter and view your data in the way you're familiar with in Excel, except everyone else is able to do the same thing with the data, but without impacting on what your trying to do and the data is always live, so you're never out of date."
If it doesn't land first time then maybe you just need a few more smaller stepping stones!

Samuel Farrar - Welcome! The Wrike community is definitely alive and vibrant. When I first started, I found the How-to and Best Practices forums to be insightful and helpful. 

For implementation tips: when selling my organization on Wrike, I made sure to sell the why upfront. I wanted to make sure everyone understood the objective difficulties (no subjective anecdotes) with the way we were doing business, and why Wrike was a better option. Honestly, in change management getting people to understand the why is paramount.

Hi New to Wrike (about a Month). Started a new job after my family relocated. New path and new programs to learn. 

I have 2 dogs (U+1F436) a Bunny Rabbit (U+1F430) and a whole lot of plants (U+1F331).

I look forward to learning all things Wrike, I have already learned so much in the last month.

We (a team of 4 municipal utility operators) are relatively new to Wrike and have scaled our use of the Tasks feature in the new year.

Any pointers for where to find training or tips, for the TEAM MEMBER perspective to better identify tasks organize the UI to fit our workflows?

Our team launched Wrike about a year ago to wrangle the chaos of requests flowing into our event and creative teams. I love using Wrike to manage our design team, and the transparency it brings across our teams has increased our efficiency overall.
