Hi all!

Two months ago I started a new job where I'll be trained to be an Administrator for Wrike with my colleague Sarah.
I'm new to Wrike and Project Management, but I have a lot of experience in Process Management. I see some connections between those two which i might bring together. 🛠

Between learning sessions, I keep myself busy with Work Templates, their difference to Blueprints and whether we can use them for us.

Fun facts:

• I love to play Dungeons & Dragons ⚔️
• I'm most productive while listening to music (especially Black Metal 🤘)
• I have a cat named Pushkin 🐱

Greetings everyone! I work as a Admin Coordinator and in project management for a non-profit in higher ed and have been appointed as the Wrike Super User. It's been great getting to know all the ins and outs but still so much to learn. This community has been tremendously helpful and can't wait to contribute more!

Hello Community!

My name is Ron Licata. I was born, raised and still live and work in Northern California. I love movies, music, jeeping and trailer camping in the great outdoors.✌️

I'm a contract Project Manager at SIE/PlayStation and a Silver Certified Wrike user (Product Mastery). 

My contract is currently switching from the SIE Creative team to the SIE Marketing team. The team manages approvals for all design executions that feature PlayStation products, titles and services for use through online and in-store retailers throughout North America.

I have worn many hats during my long career including Production Director for WIRED magazine, but project management seems to be the one that I do the most for my clients. My goals this year are to earn a Wrike Report Mastery: Silver Certification and a PMP certification.

Can projects be moved from one folder to the other in Wrike? like Inprogress to Completed folders, for more cleaner interface?

Raju Chapala Absolutely! You can do it several ways. One way, is you can move projects into their proper folders by clicking the "+" icon under the project title and then remove the older folder, by clicking the "x" button. Second is, you can set an automation for the projects, if the status changes to In Progress, the project will move automatically to In progress folder. if the project status is changed to "completed", project will be moved automatically to "Completed" project folder. I hope this helps!

My name is Jason,

I work for Data Business Equipment, we provide financial equipment such as ATM's, ITM's, Cash Recyclers, Coin Counters, etc. to hundreds of customers all over the Mid-West and now moving as far south as Texas.  I worked in finance for over 7 years and absolutely love the opportunities that finance has to offer.  I thoroughly enjoyed the retail side of finance, but, I also wanted to relocate to a larger city where my wife and I had met.  The financial I was working for didn't have an office where I was wanting to move so I started with DBE which whom I have worked with for many years as a vendor.  I now am a father as of May 1st, 2022 and she is amazing, beautiful, and is a terrible sleeper. 

I was a trainer here with DBE helping financials learn about the equipment they purchased.  When I found out that my wife was pregnant I realized I couldn't be traveling as much as I had been so I applied for my current project coordinator role and I am absolutely loving it!

My name is Aaron, I work for a healthcare consulting group out of Savannah, GA called Strategic Healthcare Partners, LLC. I wear mutliple "hats" at the company but my official titles are Data Manager and IT Strategist. As Data Manager, I pull together and manage all the different EHR systems that our clients use so we can process & analyze their data (of all shapes and sizes) as well as manage our growing Data Lake. As IT Strategist, I help navigate the waters of "where to go next" with our IT solutions. For example, it was determined we needed a project/task management tool company-wide and through an evaluative process, we picked Wrike. 

When I'm not wranging data or trying to guess the future of technology, I live in a suburb of Savannah with my wife & dog. I'm very active in my community and like to go on runs (when it isn't 90+ outside).

Hello. I am in the marketing/design department for a large aftermarket parts company. We use Wrike to keep all of our projects moving smoothly. Wrike allows us the ability to send approvals to others outside the department which is invaluable for us due to the amount of content we need to have extra eyes on. As we continue to grow and integrate new people into our department, Wrike has allowed for a smoother transition as is an intuitive program that allows newbies to adapt rather quickly!

Hey all. I'm Chris. I work for a roofing system manufacturer in its marketing department as a proofreader and traffic coordinator. We're headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan.

It's a new position within the department, and part of my main tasks initially (I'm on week three of employment!) is to find a software system to help traffic our projects.

I've researched a bunch of them and have begun to settle on Wrike. I'm about to make the pitch to my department manager here in the coming days and hope she'll see how useful it can be for the growth of our department and company.

I work for a large distributor of building products as their marketing programs manager. I've been in this role for about 3 months, and I pretty much live in Wrike all day. 😄 I've found it essential to our team and processes, although I'm sure we haven't tapped into all of its capabilities yet.
