Definitely interested in this solution.
I want to see how Wrike adds the project steps to a project after approval. We use a CI system (already in Wrike) and I want to add more functionality to it. Some of the executive dashboard and project management dashboards could also benefit our solution.
This does look interesting! Does the Dashboard scale though? I feel like with an high amount of parralel ongoing Tasks/Projects this is going to be overwhelming right?

This is very much in line with how my team has been using Wrike over the past few years. Though we are not strictly CI focused, much of the work we do fits into the scheme of Continuous Improvement and evolution of our organization's structure/processes to better meet customer needs.
We implemented a request form and a canban board some month ago for CI. Most important: keep it simple but also give an escalation to management as possibility. It works well and does not cost much time.
Very interesting. This might be useful for our project briefs and new concept advancement before launching full campaign blueprints!
My team has something similar in Wrike, which has been very helpful for tracking new ideas and mapping out the steps once they're submitted.
We already have a project intake process in Wrike that more and more of the organization is using. This helped me see what a more comprehensive approach looks like. Does the solution require any add-ons like Analytics?
Looks really promising. We have just moved forward as a team on using templates and item types to assist with our processes. This could be the next one to look at to implement further.
We’ve actually been talking about the need for something along these lines. This template will be super helpful as a starting point.
