Admins can now easily view all workflows and custom item types across the account and public spaces in a single, user-friendly table. Quickly spot duplicates, track recent changes with clear activity data, and enjoy a consistent configuration experience.

- Spaces: Archival Proactive Prompt ๐ฆ
Admins will now receive direct notifications and in-space banners when a space has had no activity for 3+ months, making it easy to archive unused spaces and keep your Wrike environment organized.

- Configuration Distribution: Convert Account-level Custom Item Type to a Space-level Item Type โก๏ธ
You can now convert an account-level custom item type to a space-level item type, giving space admins the ability to manage their own item types. This enhancement brings greater flexibility and collaboration to your workspace.

-Empower space admins: Enable teams to manage their own unique custom item types according to their specific workflows and needs.
-Enhance workspace flexibility: Distribute the management of custom item types (CITs) to the teams that need them most, simplifying setup and administration.

- Table View: Aggregation - Customizable Calculations for Your Subitems ๐
You can now use Aggregation in Table View to automatically calculate totals, averages, and more from selected subitems, displaying results on parent items like projects or folders. Unlike traditional roll-ups, Aggregation lets you include only subitems that match specific filter criteriaโso you can focus calculations where you need them most. Learn more in our detailed post.

- Timesheets: Full Access to All Time Tracking Features for Contributors โฑ๏ธ
Full Timesheet access is now available to Contributorsโthey can track and submit hours just like Regular users. Plus, admins can give Contributors the right to create and edit Timesheet reminders as needed. This right can be turned on by account admin for Contributor user type.
Contributors can now:
-Track their time directly in Timesheets
-Submit Timesheets for approval
-View Timesheet submission rules in settings
-See and receive Timesheet reminders
-Create and edit Timesheet reminders (permission managed by the account owner or admin in User Types settings)

These updates ensure Contributors have all the tools they need for efficient and transparent time tracking!

- Work Schedule: Flexible Work Schedules for Unassigned Tasks (Enterprise and Pinnacle accounts) ๐
You can now change the work schedule for unassigned tasks directly in Table and Item views!
Whats New?- Default Schedule for Spaces: Space admins can choose one of the existing account schedules to set as the default schedule for their Space.
- All newly created tasks will automatically be linked to the selected schedule.
- The Gantt chart's schedule layout will now display your chosen Space schedule instead of the general โDefault schedule.โ
Note: These changes apply only to unassigned tasks. If a task is assigned to a user, it will automatically adopt that userโs personal schedule, including their time off and other exclusions.

- Databases: Field-Level Access Rights (Pinnacle Accounts) ๐

Database Owner Control:
-Set field-level permissions directly from the "Change field settings" dialog.
-Choose exactly who can view or edit each field.

Granular Field Permissions:
-Hide sensitive fields such as contract values, pricing, or confidential notes.
-Apply permissions consistently across all uses of your database in Wrike.
Note: Mirror fields will automatically inherit permissions from their corresponding lookup fields.
How to Get Started?
- Navigate to your database- Click the field permissions icon next to any field.
- Select the users or groups who should have access to that field.
- Request Forms: Filtering in Link to Database Custom Fields ๐
Weโre excited to announce that you can now filter options in Link to Database custom fields within request forms! This update allows you to display only the most relevant options to users, based on their previous selections, reducing errors and streamlining incoming data.

Note: Access to this feature requires Datahub as all data is stored there. Both single-select and multi-select questions are supported, and currently, filtering to Link to Database custom fields is only available in request forms.

I'm in love with the new organizational options for account admins!! ๐ย
Good morning.ย I looked at the documentation for the Table view data aggregation.ย It states that this can be done with system fields like Time Spent.ย I am having trouble figuring out how to see this on my table view.ย I still only have the option in this column for Projects only.ย I can see the calculate all and calculate filtered items only.ย I would like to aggregate/roll up data on subitems to a main task.ย Is this part of the update?

Hey ย Cathy Snyder, at the moment, if you want to add up fields like "Time Spent" from subitems to a main task in the new Table View, you can do it with formula fields. These are pretty flexible and let you bring together data from different levels, but I know they might not work for everyone. Iโll make sure to share your feedback with the Product Team! If I hear any updates, Iโll let you know ๐
