How to properly use tables in Wrike.

A way to be able to populate tables but then easily filter and sort (much like excel functionality).  That would be awesome.

Unsure if this is the area or it needs to be placed in another area but it was what comes to mind for me.

I've posted this on another thread in the past (and so have many others), but it would be wonderful to to have the ability to create dependencies in project blueprints without having to select a date. Or maybe provide a cascading timeline. For example, first task takes 3 days to complete, the successor task would auto-allot 2 days to complete, etc.

Here's the other thread: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115003104589--Status-Backburner-Adding-Dependencies-to-tasks-with-no-Date-field

Right now, we have to create dependencies manually for everything and it's quite time-consuming. It would make workflows much more efficient and clearer if we could bake this into blueprints without needed to specify dates. When we've done that in the past and generate a blueprint with dependencies involved, the date ranges would display as dates that have passed or would not align correctly.

It seems many people would benefit from an improved dependency feature with blueprints. Thank you!

I'd love to get better at building dashboards that use data from projects to display stats that help them improve or at the very least understand where they are at.

Have posted this before, but we need a setting for guest reviews that allows us to take an action if ANY reviewer has approved or denied the review. We send guest reviews to multiple parties at a time, but it's only necessary for one of them to give a response. Our current work around involves dashboard widgets that are reviewed multiple times a day, but this is clunky and time-consuming. Lauren Weninger

No immediate needs, but great to know we have this space to reach out for help!

We could really use rich text formatting in request forms.

More clarity around the best uses of custom workflows for standardizing processes.

I'd appreciate being able to get a better grasp on what you can do with AI in Wrike by real world examples. I am not great at implementing AI into my daily workflow and being able to see real life examples of how others use it to innovate their workflow really helps me find ways to implement these tools in my own work.

I’d love support unlocking more value across a few fronts:

  • Incorporating AI more intentionally (summarization, task creation, Ask AI)
  • Building better dashboards that reflect project health and risk giving clear insight to action
  • Optimizing workspace structure for better cross-team visibility
  • Identifying areas where automation could reduce repetitive work

I'd love the ability to clone a dashboard view to a different dashboard in the same space. As things constantly change, I am ever evolving dashboards and it would be great to copy a view from my Exec DB to the all view without having to manually re-create.

I'd love to be able to plot simultanuously different curves based on different indicators on the same graph.

On the same topic, I'd like to be able able to graph baseline vs actual information. Unfortunately, baseline dates don't seem to be recorded anywhere when we make a snapshot,,, I've tried to do something via automaiton without any success.

  • How can we properly use tables
  • Incorporating AI, to actually help with productivity

I would love a better Gantt chart view! We currently have to redo our Gantts in Excel to have it look the way we need in order to share with clients and partners.

Is it possible to create an automation that will apply to every space instead of just the ones I own or is that something an admin would have to apply? I want to implement the rule where if there's a task with no assignee when a project is created from a blueprint, the author would get assigned to those tasks.

Here's one we've grown gradually: Product change request intake form > separate product backlogs > quarterly product roadmap projects > product sprints - with parallel dashboards and project- and task-specific communication with stakeholders.

Easy way to implement a post request survey for after we complete a request for a client to gain feedback on the value it provided.

Seconding Sarah Dungey - rich formatting in request forms!

Also, if request forms can apply a different start/due date and reschedule added tasks/projects separately from the main project/task populated that would be LIFE-CHANGING! 🤩

I'm looking for someone who estimates projects using standard tasks to get a price for the project before it signs.  I had posted a similar question here. Wondering if anyone else uses an estimator blueprint or something similar? We currently use an external tool (that we built) that lets us select the task, how many hours for that task, which gives us the hours associated to the project, but then we have to put those hours in an excel sheet to get the cost. I'm looking to streamline this process and keep it all in Wrike.

Taking AI to the next level - love what exists today - but looking forward to the next step - with transformng AI suggestions into ACTIONs.  AND 2nding Jamie's comments about improved Gantt Chart - for better client views - highlevel milestone Gantt (more color / sorting / grouping that is not related to status)

(and nice to haves)

1. Improved features in Wrike Proofing - improved searching/filters - decisions on comments to approve or reject

2. Formatting Task titles -color, bold, ital etc

Something that came up recently, having admin access to all spaces/CIT/custom fields without being invited or shared.

I'd really need more admin functionallity. Hopping between space Settings, Account Settings -> needing a "regular" user to verfiy if new functionallity works as intendend is quite difficult

We would really love to have the schedule feature work more in shifts and allow for partial days instead of only removing an entire day.

Would love the ability to modify the "Completed Date" field instead of creating an additional date field.

It would be great to be able to create a new task within a dependency. Right now, I have to have all my tasks built, and then I have to go about and make them dependent on each other. I would like to create a new task and then, when I go to make a dependency, I can create the new task then and there.

Hi! I’d love to explore solutions for tracking effort vs. allocated hours using custom fields and automation. We’re currently using a custom field for allocated time, but I’m looking for a more dynamic way to trigger alerts or dashboards when tasks exceed their planned hours. Any tips or examples would be appreciated!
