Folllowing List for Post: Tell Us Your Favorite Wrike AI Feature! ๐ฆพ
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
Currently my favourite AI-Feature within Wrike is the Comment summarize functionallity from CoPilot. Hoping my next new favourite AI-Feature will be the Agents!
Summarising the comments of a loooong thread is a time-saver. Sometimes tasks date as far as 1 year back; with AI Summaries I do not have to spam the "load previous comments" button!
My favourite Ai-Feature is for sure the comment summarize functionallity (copilot based). It's very usefull when you manage a project and you need a general overview of team's feedback and more. In WPP we work with agents, so can't wait to implement agents in Wrike workflow as well ;)
I have been working with the AI agents, and while they are tricky for me to set up at first, they are really helpful, especially the intake agent!
Love CoPilot for querying our company knowledge base which is housed in Wrike. Using Copilot instead of the regular search function allows us to ask questions in natural language and cites its sources in case we need more info. What a time saver!
I like the reminders that a task may be complete, prompts me to finalize it.
We haven't enabled the AI features in Wrike yet, but I've built custom Wrike connectors with ChatGPT to connect to the API. This allowed us to create something similar to Wrike's Copilot, but with additional custom connectors for sites like SharePoint, Outlook, Canvas, and others, allย in one agent.ย
My favorite for Wrike co-pilot is the use of summarizing long comment threads. When there are too many it can become confusing thus co-pilot comes in handy for the important stuff.
I don't have a favorite feature because I don't use any of them.ย
Currently, the comment summary. We would track ALL conversations in comments, so summarizing the key points with the click of a button was a huge time saver.
The AI comment summarization has by far been the most helpful for me! It does an excellent job of accurately recapping long conversations between multiple people.
It instantly converts high-level tasks into detailed subtasks, helping me prioritize, estimate, and meet SLAs more consistently. Love seeing how AI makes workflows smoother every day!
AGENTS for the WIN - I only feel like we are at the tip of exploring the potential - but tremendously loving it so far!!!ย
Right now the AI chart creation is a lifesaver.ย
Wrike's AI widgets in dashboards have helped me and teammates by mining the details in each section (page) for actionable insights.
Love Copilot at my fingertips to ask any questions!
I appreciate the AI summarization feature for spaces and projects or checking on status of projects and tasks. It's been helpful for checking in and making a priority list.
Using Copilot to summarize comments and updates into actionable items.
Yes! Love the new copilot feature. But the comments summarization probably saves us the most time. Especially after being OOO, it's a godsend!ย
Summarizing comments its by far my favorite! It is so time consuming to go through and read a long threadย
Finding the most risky items on the project & summarizing the random comments
Tony Sciarrillo That sounds like a powerful integration! I'd love to exchange notes with you if you're willing.ย
I'm loving the new AI Agents. I know it's still in its infancy, so a bit limited, but we've already been able to use it to address a couple of things that weren't possible with standard automation rules.ย
Charles Wiff Absolutely. I'm still learning as I go since this is uncharted territory for us, but it has been a fun and so far fruitful journey. You can email me at sciarria@erau.edu.
Copilot and comment summaries are my go-to. I look forward to learning more about how AI Agents can be beneficial to our team.
The only one i currently using is the little Wrike bot telling me things are ready to complete So he must be my favorite!ย
My organization has Wrike's AI turned off, sadly, but I just started learning how to use the MCP with our internal GenAI tools and I'm very excited for the potential time savings this will offer us in future!
