Pietro Poli Thank you! But I also need this on tasks that I did not create and are not assigned to me - along with other team members.  We need all relevant team members to know when there is a reply to their comment or in a thread.

Hi Erin, have you tried to use stream view?
https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/209604489#UUID-7485d882-e114-c61f-e074-8befd4655788

In our company we have the rule that each comment must have at least one people mentioned... but I understand that is not easy to achieve...

Pietro Poli thanks for following up, I will check out stream view, but yes it's not realistic for us to micromanage how each user interacts with Wrike; that's why we are turning to you for features to help our workflow and productivity.

Your welcome Erin,

I'm not particularly fond of micromanagement, however I believe there are currently no alternatives on Wrike.

Pietro Poli, thank you very much for sharing your experience here and for, as always, helping other Community members 👏 Erin, you can access the steams in three different ways to keep track of tasks where you left a comment:  Global Stream, Stream view, and Activity Streams.

In your particular case, the best option would be to use the 'My conversations' filter, to see all comments made in threads where you left at least one comment.

In order to ensure you will get notified when a user leaves a comment for you specifically, it would be necessary to inform your team that they need to @mention you to make sure you will receive the corresponding inbox notification.

Additionally, as Pietro mentioned, you can enable extra email notifications, depending on your use case. If you haven't created the relevant tasks or you're not assigned to them, as you mentioned in one of your first comments, you can simply follow the tasks to use these email notifications.

I hope this information helps! If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
