On Hold Tasks Disappearing
Hey,
Anyone know why all of my tasks that I mark as "on hold" just disappear? Any idea where I can find/recover them? They were added to the "Later" tab for a bit, but then just completely vanished.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Rachel, welcome to the forums :) It sounds like filters might be what's happening here. Wrike shows tasks in an "active" status by default, so when a task is moved to "on hold", it's still there, just not visible.
Can you try adjusting your filters to see if that helps?
Hi Stephanie,
I really find Wrike is the best tool to manage and share my projects with my clients but some of them are always confuse with the filter, I need to explain them why they don't see that and it's very annoying.
When my task are on hold is because of many reason (lake of information, project it self is on hold, waiting for final client decision....).
Is it possible to add the option to always show "on hold" status" because sometime it's ON sometimes is NOT and it's very confusing for my client....
Will be very appreciated if you can fix that
Hi Guillaume, happy to hear that Wrike is a good option to help you manage projects. When you work with clients are they normally added as Collaborators within the account or do they get full user licenses?
There is one option (using existing functionality) that may help. The Board View shows tasks from all statuses by default, which may be helpful if people aren't used to filters yet. You can set the Board View as the default view for a Folder/Project so that it's the first thing everyone sees when they look at a Folder. Do you think that might be a helpful option?
Thank you Stephanie, this option is very helpfull !
My client are Collaborators, do they will see my default view as well ?
That's great, so happy to hear that! Yes, they will see the default view as well. I was asking because I was thinking maybe some training focused just on Collaborators would be helpful, but the Board View is a much more straightforward solution.
