Attaching Website Links

Table 271. Availability - Legacy plans

All user types (including collaborators) can attach website links to Wrike tasks, folders, and projects.

Users on Enterprise Pinnacle accounts (as well as with Wrike Proof, Wrike for Marketers and Wrike for Marketers Performance solutions) can use Proofing with website links.

Add links as attachments

You can add links to web pages just like you would to other attachments in Wrike.

  1. Open a task, folder, or project to which you'd like to attach a link.

  2. Click the paperclip icon above the description field 1 or the +Add files button under the description field.

  3. Select Website link. 2

  4. Enter the website link in the pop-up that appears together with the name that's displayed in the list of attachments. Note: Only https:// links are supported.

  5. Click Attach website link. 3

The link is added to the list of attachments. Now you can open it in Proofing and start collaborating.

You can add web links to approvals and invite guest reviewers to view them within Wrike.

Can this be disabled for my account?

Account admins can switch off the ability to add links as attachments from the Security tab in Settings.
