All users except for collaborators and external users can duplicate reports that they have access to unless their access role restricts it.
If needed, you can duplicate existing reports instead of creating a new one from scratch. If you're a Space admin, you can add a copy of the report to your team's Space as a tool while duplicating it.
Navigate to the relevant report.
Click the three-dot menu button at the top right corner of the view.
(Optional) In the window that opens, change the report settings:
Report title: By default Wrike adds "copy" to the title of the duplicate
Report location: The Space to which the duplicated report will be added as a tool
Add or change grouping and filters
The copy of the report you just duplicated will open automatically.
