Set Up AI Agent Notifications for Slack and Microsoft Teams
TL;DR
Space admins can set up an AI Agent to send notifications to Slack and Microsoft Teams channels using connected accounts. After you add a Send Slack message or Send Microsoft Teams message action, authenticate the account, add instructions, choose the work item, and save. The agent then uses the work item context to compose and send the message, includes a link back to Wrike, and logs the delivery status or any errors in the activity log.

Overview
AI Agent can post updates to Slack and Microsoft Teams channels, so your team can stay informed without leaving the tools they already use. In this article, we’ll show you how to set up notification actions for both integrations.
Use these actions when you want your agent to send a message to a channel based on work item context and its instructions.
