Wrike's Budgeting feature allows you to estimate and track financials across all your projects in one place and in real time. It includes the following:
- Preferred currency setting: Set your preferred currency in your account.
- Hourly rates: Define default hourly rates for users and job roles, and set custom hourly rates in projects.
- Financial Fields: Utilize a set of financial fields to plan and track the financial progress of your projects. These fields automatically calculate essential financial metrics such as planned fees and costs, and actual fees and costs.
- User Management Settings: Control users' access to financial details with additional user management settings.
Combined with other Wrike features like job roles, task effort, billable time setting, and time tracking, Budgeting helps you enhance project profitability from the planning phase through to execution.
