TL;DR

You can print a task from Item view by opening the task, clicking the three-dot menu, and selecting Print. Wrike opens a browser print window where you can print the task or save it as a PDF, including the task stream.

Overview

When you have a complicated task or want to discuss it at a face-to-face meeting, the hard copy of the task containing its description and the activity stream might come in handy.

How to Print a Task

  1. Open the Task 1 you want to print in Item view.
  2. Click the Three-dot menu 2 button in the upper-right corner of the task.
  3. Select Print 3.

A new browser tab will open with the standard print menu, allowing you to Print 4 out the document or Save 5 it as a PDF or other preferred file type.

Note

Task stream is also printed, including all comments and changes made. If the task stream includes information about approvals, it is limited to which users have been added as approvers and a Wrike bot notification if the approval is finished.
