Some questions

Hi Mike, thanks for getting in touch! Great to see you here too :) We already discussed this in a Support ticket you opened, but I wanted to copy my reply over here in case it helps other users too:

1. It is possible to make a template that you will be able to then duplicate and edit to create new projects in Wrike. To do that create the first Project and the tasks inside it. This will be your template Project. Then, right-click on the template Project and select the Duplicate option. You will see a menu that will allow you to customize the duplicate Project by renaming it, adding prefixes to tasks and rescheduling them.
2. Deleted Tasks/Projects/Folders fall into the Recycle Bin. If the deleted item is shared with you, you will be able to restore it from the Recycle Bin. If not, then the user can do that themselves. The good thing is that only admins can delete items from the Recycle Bin, so unless the Recycle Bin has been emptied, the deleted item can always be restored.

Changes made by users are recorded in Wrike Stream. To roll back, you can simply look at what changes have been made and change the settings back to what they used to be. Also, if the changes were made to the task description, they are recorded automatically in the Time Slider that allows you to roll back to any previous version of the task description since the task creation date. Hope you are doing well. I made a huge amount of changes trying to migrate a folder with 4 projects and subtask to a different "Workflow" but then, we noticed that the "original workflow" was the right one, but we changed a huge amount of status to the new workflow. How can we reverse all those changes?

New to Wrike and wondering if the issue to restore a project to a previous version has been resolved yet?

As of today, it's not possible to revert a project, folder, or space to a previous version. However, if you've accidentally changed something in the description field of a project, you can restore its previous version using the Version History. I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

The Version History tool allows you to:

• View all changes made in the description field.
• Restore a previous version of the description field's content.
• See when changes were made and by whom.
