What are a few "must have" resources that you and your team can benefit from?

• Ability to put in 1/2 day PTO for resources, an absolute must & long overdue!

New Table view

• Would like to see how we can help people transition from current table view to the 'New' table view. This is designed differently and will need documentation to help our user base understand the difference and how to navigate. We leverage several different custom table view for project review and managing our projects.

Custom Item types

• we are still learning more but more webinars or online learning would be useful

1. I would say that, as our organization is currently rolling out Wrike, webinars and hands-on sessions would be tremendous. Especially from organizations that are using the software across an entire organization, as many of the trainings are targeted to a specific department. 
2. I would also like to see an expansion of the automations available as right now they are limited to custom item types within spaces. It would be nice to be able to handle it similarly to an overall admin ability with assigning to tasks and projects.
3. Further training on the new interfaces would be helpful also.

If I have to think of the "must haves" for me and my team they are:
- Automatic sync with calendar appointments (Google or Office 365) with a Wrike task (without going through Wrike Integrate)
- Increased automations available both as triggers, filters and actions
- Ability to divide automations, custom fields and forms into folders.

What are a few "must have" resources that you and your team can benefit from?

• Combining filters in reports and dashboards with "OR" logic (or RegEx) is number 1 by far.
• More automation triggers, conditions and actions. For example: "Convert to milestone", "Create a task (or CIT)", filter (condition) on CIT.
• Expanding CIT possibilities and management.
• Enhancing reports: making them right-clickable (to adjust status for example, this may seem counter-intuitive, but has advantages nevertheless) and filterable from within the project (e.g. Using one report with the same template, but where you can filter between all your active projects, skipping the need to create several reports for each project).
• Blueprint dashboards 😊. That way you can have a small library of premade dashboards where new or existing team members can start off from.

Are there topics, product features, use cases or work management best practices that you are interested in hearing more about?

• More use cases and/or best-practices about efficiently using CITs, custom fields and folder segregation to manage projects without giving team members the feeling of having to do too many actions for reaching a goal, but still have enough data to get relevant reports.

Would you enjoy attending live webinars and hands-on events featuring some of our all-star customers like you?

• Could be nice! It really depends on the time, topic and location though.

Are you looking for any specific how-to tutorial videos, articles or trainings that can help excel your Wrike knowledge?

• Some more training in how to use calendars in project management (showing milestones, objectives, deliverables and maybe key actions of certain workgroups) would be nice.

• Some "keep-it-simple" approaches. Wrike offers a lot of functionality, but just like in a candy store, there's a chance to indulge yourself in too much candy🍬. And..., as a result, have a stomach ache 🙊

I second the ability to put a half day PTO in but as an account admin - it would be great for me to override other users and put time off in on their behalf. 

I'd also love to be able to lock folders in locations as people in other teams accidently move the folders around and I have to go looking for them. 

Smarter more customisable briefing forms would be great as well :)

Oooooh -- I have lots of ideas and love the ideas from above!

Task Features

• Time Due - associated with Task Due dates (can be based on the Owner's Time Zone)
• Add Formatting options to Task Titles (Bold, Ital, Underline - Color)

Dashboards

• Display Start Date in Widgets in Dashboards (not just end dates - similar to the new board view)

Wrike Proofing

• Lock Files from further comments (controlled by access role)
• Approve/Reject Comments vs only having "resolved" - allows for sorting and final reviewers to approve changes before they are made
• Add Formatting options to comments - superscript, subscript, and underline

• Being able to move a comment/markup - adjust the position without having to delete to add a new comment
• Import files display adobe PDF comments - display comments that outside of Wrike (ie Adobe PDF Comments)

Request Forms Editor

• Ability to add more than one Action Option - instead of ONLY being able to assign to Title, Description, Owner/Assignee or Custom Field
• Add Automated sorting option (like a check box or toggle) for long single-select or multi-select options (display alphabetically or numerically)
• Easier mechanism (move up button) - to reorder the questions on a single page (similar to how you can move pages up/down)
• Add "Other" option with Data Field options vs having to add a separate other blank text question
• Being able to change a question type - ie Multi to Single Select without losing data
• Easier Heirarchy to Navigate to pages -instead of having to scroll - like a visual map to click to jump to page - could be an expansion of the right Global RF Settings
• Duplicate Questions to use on other pages of a complex/dynamic RF
• Being able to assign to a JOB ROLE, or USER GROUPS - not just a User
• Maybe a FORM result Preview - Preview and validates answers before submitting for the end user to confirm options - OR display when there are issues (ie, Like an Out Of Office form that has the user select a start date and due date - and it is mapped on the task start/due date - the output is orange text if the due date was entered in before the start date, and the task just automatically becomes a backlog task)  - this would give the user the ability to adjust and make changes before submitting
• Add followers to task - and options to send a notification to those followers at submission
• Add LINKS - either permalinks or other links come in as hyperlink in description
• OR links in Helper Text - creates clickable links

Work Schedules

• Configure Work Schedules to Spaces (so their regional Holidays are reflected in their project plans)

Those are just some of my highlights :)

Well - I may have read the original question wrong - and need to update a FEW other key things that I think would be amazing in terms of resources and training materials!   Oooops!

One thing that has come to mind - that I think would be great is to have a "Day in the life of Wrike..." series.

Role-based (general user vs Project Manager vs Team managers etc)

Highlights basic activities and what to expect when you first start using Wrike to build good daily habits -

• Resources -  log in and check inbox & respond to notifications, post a file, check a dashboard item etc
• PMs - create a project plan, adjust dates, assign work, add good task descriptions - create a dashboard etc
• Managers - review status reports and analytics 

I like the idea of "a day in the life" series mentioned above!

Can we have feature to resize board view similar to what we can do currently with widgets so it looks more presentable and readable.

Really important for our organization. 

I'd really like the idea of a resource that shows how best to project manage using Wrike.

I'm not talking about Wrike functionality training. Or how to set up Wrike to manage a project.  I'm talking about the softskills here.  The necessary mindset and cultural change that a PM needs to go through in order to fully experience the benefits of Wrike. 

We moved over 6 months ago from a static tool that lacked automation and many of the time-saving, cognitive-preserving features that Wrike has.  Unfortunately, we're struggling with adoption because our PMs are having an extremely difficult time moving away from years of having to manually manage these projects, and tend to do all of the heavy lifting (live communications, ad hoc schedules that aren't templatized or automated, reminder emails, status checkins, etc) themselves.  The result is that I have a team of PMs that are 'administering' Wrike instead of strategically planning projects and using Wrike to handle the execution and heavy lifting.  This leaves them overwhelmed, frustrated and behind. It puts our agency in the red, and the entire team is exhausted.

As a leadership team, we're now struggling to figure out how to teach our team 'strategic project management' - where our PMs are working at a higher level, handling the projects and client communication more strategically.  None of us are PM experts.  We've thought about having to pay outside trainers come in (yay, more money thrown at this transition), but then we'd have to train those trainers on Wrike so they understand what our problem is and what we're trying to accomplish.  This doesn't seem like the right approach.  

So - something like a "Wrike Academy for Project Management: Making the Move to Strategic Project Management" - where the focus is on the mindset shift - would be amazing.  I'd send every one of our PMs to a weeklong course of something like that.

I really enjoyed the Office Hours trial run after Collaborate 2022. I would like to see more of that. Maybe on Tuesday there is a feature overview and on Thursday there is a Q&A about the feature, or about any issue.

I love the certifications. I would like to see a reports certification past the bronze level that gives more use case ideas, but not in Analyze. 

I would also like to learn how to recreate some templates in reports. Some of them are very close to what I need but aren't editable. Or is that dashboards? Either way, it would be nice to be able to edit anything that is a template, but until that is available, I would love a tutorial on how to build the existing templates, so I can adapt them.

Still need help with CITs. My Account Support team is helping me, so I'm sure I will figure it out soon.

I enjoy Wrike Stars, but I don't have as much time to dig into the Community as I would like. It is difficult to create new posts because you have to review the existing posts to avoid duplicating topics.

I would love more training on how to use Wrike to replace meetings!

I would love more resources/information posted around:

• Custom field management once you have too many custom fields
• How to update your process from pre-CIT to post-CIT effectively 
• Catalog of automation rules

I could really use Infographics of Wrike screens showing callouts of the types of tools, the features of the home page, an overview of the approvals process, etc. I may have my team make some to share with the other departments who struggle with different aspects of Wrike. It would also be a great training tool for new team members.

Recurring sub tasks that live within a task. Also, really enjoyed the online learning videos (ex: Medieval). Maybe having videos like that more forward-facing for anyone wanting to learn.

Integration with One Note would be super helpful. Our team uses One Note to send out meeting notes. It would be great if it could auto sync like Outlook integration. 

Stop changing the gui and concentrate more on the basic topics. Useres do not want to learn new GUI without benefit.

Better inclusion of Sharepoint (search is a mess).

Better management of custom fields, workflows, scedules, ... As we are a big company we need structure also for the admins, so please make folder structure for all these things.

Or logic in reports and dashboards.
