We have a request form that will create tasks for training new users to our account. We also use Blueprints to create new projects.

Thanks for the example Sam! I have looked at a few reports in this manner and this is an area that may help us determine amount of time and effort was we refine our project plan blueprints.

I am looking at our whole program, so Wrike Analyze helps with our progress and who needs follow up. From my personal tasks, I utilize a combination of Inbox and Dashboards.

We do not create a task that recurs frequently but instead highlight the task is occurring over a long period of time. I do like the suggestions that Devree Czupinski highlighted.
