Chat Link

It would be helpful for the CHAT Link to be available on the WRIKE workspace.  Being new to Wrike, I sometimes have questions but have to go to "Tutorials" to get to the CHAT link.  Sometimes the Tutorial link fails and I have to try several times.  It is very frustrating.  Maybe being new I just haven't found the link from my work space.  If so, please let me know, otherwise place a link on teh work space page.  Thanks

Hi Karen! Welcome to Wrike then :) We have chat in the Workspace available during trials and for accounts with premium support. That said, our help center always has a live chat option that you can use. While it's not in the Workspace, one option to quickly access the chat would be to bookmark our Getting Started page, from there you just click the "open live chat" button in the lower left-hand corner.  

We're always here to help answer questions on the forums too. Feel free to post your questions here and we'll help answer.

Has Live Chat been removed/disabled?  I used to find the link to it on the page referenced above "Getting Started" however, I can no longer find it.  Another forum post references finding the link to live chat on article pages and I don't see it there either.

Live chat is gone again.

I can't access it from the Knowledgebase articles or anywhere you've mentioned Anastasia.

Paying $1,000 for this, it'd be great to at least have a notice saying if it's temporarily or permanently down, or is now accessible elsewhere.

Hi Luke, sorry for any confusion.
 
You need to be viewing a Help Centre article to see the Chat button. For example, go here, and you'll see the 'Live Chat' option pop up on the bottom righthand side of your screen. You can also access it from any Search page on the on the Help Centre, so if you search for an answer and can't find any existing posts/articles related to your query you'll see the option to live chat.
 
If you're not viewing or searching for a post you'll be given the option to post a question to our Community. Please let me know if you're not seeing this live chat option or if there's anything else we can help with here 🙂

The export to Excel from Table view was working perfectly until this morning. Now when I export my tasks to Excel from the table view the tasks does not appear in order on the Excel spreadsheet, however they do appear in order on the Wrike table view?  Help

Hi Susan Angustia, Live chat in the Workspace is available only to Premium Support customers. On other accounts, users can access the Live Chat directly on Wrike's Help Center page (please login in order to see the option to start a live chat). Live Chat is available from any page except the main page.

I don't see this chat feature, even on Wrike's Help Center page. I only see a '? Help' option instead that maybe creates a ticket or something? It just says someone will get back to me but I've received no email confirmation that Wrike received my message... It's not clear what the 'Help' feature is... is it part of a ticketing system?

Is there a chat feature? If so, how do I find it? (again it was not present on Wrike's Help Center page) Edit: I am also logged in if that matters.

Hi all,

I have recently detected the following "feature" in Wrike that for many users could be viewed as a bug.

The issue

If the user is using or even, only having Wrike open at the time of the approval being requested, Wrike will not be sending an e-mail notification. The e-mail is triggered only if the user is not signed in to Wrike, or with not sign in within the period of 6 minutes range.

One of the recommendations is to create custom widgets and set the "Approvers" filter to "Current user" so that every member sees their approvals.

I can't see the Live Chat option any more - it's 0930 on a Monday in the UK and we are on the Enterprise Pinnacle Plan - why can't I open a live chat?

Hi Phil Taylor! You should be able to kick-off a chat via the Help Center. Can you see the chat bubble in the bottom right corner (you need to be logged into the Help Center to start it)?

Sometimes it's appears, sometimes it doesn't. It would be nice to know when exaclty we can expect to have the chat service available.
