Tasks are filtered to active tasks automatically?
One of my users is having an issue where she has to go into each project and change the filter from "all active tasks" to "all tasks" (people like to see all tasks because its always been the way we run our projects)
Is there a preset I have not found that would change it so that everyone always sees all tasks not just all active?
Hello Katherine A! Filter presets work at the individual level, which means that each user needs to apply the "all tasks" filter. However, once they do it, this filter is preset for the other projects as well. Please let me know if it's not how it is now in your team member's account!

Lisa, yes and no. When I use the "show project"-button on my dashboard Wrike switches to "active only"-filter. Wasn't too much of a pain currently but yeah, am experiencing the same thing

At the beginning of the year, the filter has been resetting to ALL TASKS and now we daily have to go in and reset it to ACTIVE TASKS. Is there a fix?

My team is running into this as well. They have it set one way, but then it randomly switches to the other and they don't recall switching it over. And we can't quite put our finger on when or why it's happening. Makes them feel a little like this gif.

Lisa I seem to be having the same issue where my default view consistently changes back to "All Active Tasks". I'd like to by default only see the active tasks in the list.

My team is having the same issue. Everything was fine on Friday but today everything is set to 'All Active Tasks'. Even when we change it, it reverts back.
Hi Tracy Dunn, thank you for reaching out. Wrike remembers how the filters have been previously set, so changing the task filter should be remembered for next time. If it keeps reverting to another filter set, could you please try to clear your browser cache to see if it does the trick?
Please also make sure that you have the latest browser version installed and update if necessary. If you've tried both and the issue persist I'm happy to raise a ticket for you so please do let me know if these solutions help🙋🏻♀️

We are having the same issue, no matter how many times I change the filter back to "All Tasks" when I switch to a different project it switches back to "All Active Tasks" on all projects. This is extremely annoying.

My team is also having this issue as well, all projects have the default filter being All Active Tasks, every time the project is opened. We have cleared cache data and checked for browser updates as suggested above, but this does not affect it. Can we also have a support ticket for this?

Hi @... I actually had my PM submit the request, so it is not under my name. We are looking to have all accounts default to show all tasks, not all active tasks. It constantly changes back regardless if we set it to default and constantly causes issues for us. Is there any resolution like the others above have requested? Thanks in advance!
