Wrike Inbox: More filter options
Notification in the Wrike Inbox disappear automatically after 4 weeks.
It would be very helpful, if this setting can configured by the user as I for example would like to keep all my notifications there until I have done sth. with them. Other might say they only want to see notifications of the last two weeks.
Bottom line: A filter would be helpful so that every user can set it to their needs - and that notification never just disappear.
the auto archiving after 4 Weeks is not acceptable, if you disable email notification for @notifications you can easily get lost. I would suggest that those mails thet get auto archived will be notified via mail so the at least are not totally lost. For those who get tripped by this "feature" you can search for your comments with the keyword comment:
I agree that automatic archiving (=emtying the inbox view) is not acceptable. I came back to work for 4 weeks holiday and the whole inbox view is empty ...
If there is a need for archiving the Inbox view, I would only move older notifications to different view.
Automatic deletion of all notifications is extremely destructive.
Absolutely, hope it can be fixed soon
Hi guys, great feedback here, and thanks for voting. I can see why you may want notifications to last a little longer.
For now, if you Star inbox notifications, it will stay under the starred tab. This is currently what I do during the day when I need to come back to something later, and it's the first place I check in the morning to see what's outstanding. You can also choose to snooze an Inbox notification to pops back in a specific time/date.
Hope that helps for now 👍
I saw that my archived notifications dissapeared. I only see 5 and I should be seeing a lot of them.
Hey @PMO, at the moment, notifications remain in Inbox for 4 weeks, including the archived ones. Please let me know if that's not the case and I'll raise a Support ticket for you 🙌

I love the idea of leaving the notifications in the inbox until YOU archive them. Something else that would be awesome would be to "mass archive" multiple notifications at once rather than archiving one at a time.
Are there plans to incorporate filters so messages do not disappear after 4 weeks? A coworker has run into this issue for an open, extended project and they have wanted the original notification available to not lose sight.
Hi Amber Scherzer! Our team is not planning that at the moment. Have you considered using other tools for tracking work in Wrike, like New dashboards, for example?

I agree that automatic archiving is not helpful.
