Friday Wrike Win - Inbox Reminders

Hi team! I work at Wrike, so you can imagine I use it daily, actually hourly...borderline nonstop if we're being honest. That said, I don't use all features all the time and one that I haven't used much before today is the snooze function for Inbox notifications. 

Well, let me tell you how my work life was changed by them today.

🙏 Part 1: Info is needed. A lot of the times I'll ask a question and then get an @mention where someone lets me know that they're going to check on what I've asked and get back to me in "x" number of days, or there's a decision that's going to be made soon and I'll get an answer on "y" date. I always archive those notifications because there's no action required for me.

🤦 Part 2: Info may (or may not) be delivered. Now, a lot of the times I do get a reply, but we're all human and it's easy to forget about following up. 

😍 Enter: snoozing reminders. The situation I described above happened today and I was creating an event in Google calendar to remind myself to check on the task. That's when I realized...why would I not just snooze the reminder? Now it's out of my Inbox but it'll be back and I don't have to worry about forgetting it.

Like I said: Life. Changed.

I had totally forgotten about snooze because when it first came out it was very limited. Now it has more options! You can bet i'll be using that a LOT!

Great tip! Thanks Stephanie. We have just rolled out Wrike here and are building our FAQ and Knowledgebase, I will add some information on this feature there.

@Mark, would love to see a screen shot of how you organize the FAQ and Knowledgebase once you have completed; i'm considering making one myself.

 Hi Marjorie, we're using a Wrike folder as the FAQ and having our users add Tasks as FAQ questions. The User asking the question titles a new Task with their question, and @mentions our internal Wrike Admin team in the Comments. (Not sure that part is necessary but keeps it more interactive). The Admin Team answers in the Description and then @mentions the person back to let them know they posted an answer.

We JUST started so we have very little content, but so far so good. Nice thing about it, is it forces the user (who often is someone not that comfortable with Wrike) to have the interaction IN Wrike, hopefully increasing their comfort level and working past the default behavior of backing out into an email interaction instead:
