Sync PTO with Wrike User Work Schedules
Has anyone been able to successfully sync PTO entered in an HR system with the Wrike User schedule? I see there are methods for creating user schedule acceptions here: https://developers.wrike.com/api/v4/user-schedule-exceptions/ but wondering if this has ever been set up successfully so users don't have to enter PTO in both their HR system AND in Wrike.

At the moment we try it, but the first border to cross is that the automation bot does not have the right to enter abscence. We always get the answer "not allowed due to insufficient user rights" and we are wondering what right the bot needs.
