"Operation is not allowed due insufficient user rights or account license limitations" in Hourly Rates; Provision call request.

Hi,

I am testing the API call "Provision" from the Request "Hourly Rates" but receiving the error 403 Forbidden; "Operation is not allowed due insufficient user rights or account license limitations".

Kindly guide me why I am receiving this error message?

the screenshot of call is attached.

Hi Sibqo Developer, Hourly Rates are available only for Enterprise Pinnacle or Legacy plans with Wrike for Professional Services or Wrike for Professional Services Performance. Please consider upgrading your trial to Pinnacle and let us know if you decide to give it a try!😉

I am having similar issue when importing projects.

"type": "FolderBlueprintLaunch",
"errorMessage": "Operation is not allowed due insufficient user rights or account license limitations"

Is this a limitation?

Thank you!

Ghassan

When something like this is solved via support, it'd be nice to see the final solution here so we possibly wouldn't need to submit a support ticket.

Hi Matt Tyree! Thank you for your feedback here! If you encounter a similar limit issue, I'd have to ask you to reach out to the Support team or let me know and I'll raise one for you because in this case, only the Support team is authorized to increase certain limits 👍

Lisa Actually, this is my mistake. I missed Lisa K's July 20th comment explaining the cause of the problem. I saw Cansu's comment about the support team helping and then no solution after it and jumped to conclusions. Apologies! :-)
