Folllowing List for Post: [Competition] Wrike's Holiday Countdown - Day 3!
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
They're all great when you're getting started with Wrike, but the one I found most useful was 403 requests for Work. As a graphics and marketing department we struggled to organise incoming work. Emails, different platforms, a call, anything was used to submit new work and useful time was lost. Being able to then link a request form to a specific blueprint streamlined everything even more and got us back on track to completing more new tasks on time.ย
If I'm ever looking for more information, the video's always help me to get on track and make work for my teammates easier.
I have gone through many of the courses, but I recently found and watched a couple of times, 204 - Staying on top of work.ย With sometimes up to 30 projects, each with a number of tasks all due at once, I needed a way to visually see and keep track of all of the tasks due on specific days. This course helped me set up a dashboard to display the tasks I assigned. I've been using the dashboard daily ever since.ย ย
My favorite Wrike functionality is being able to filter/group the tasks by any default field or custom field on the reports. This makes it really easy to view tasks from different perspective. This is something we used to do with spreadsheets before. I wish to be able to do the exact same thing in the task views. not only in the reports.
My favorite function recently has been the new automation feature. It is significantly simpler to implement then doing it through integrate and allows me to automate things that are often forgotten such as changing the status of a parent task when a sub-task is being worked on.
I love the new automation features and how we can layer automation with request forms that create projects and tasks from blueprints, and place the work into folders with workflows that auto-assign tasks and create approvals, and automation rules that alert other staff and help keep the workspace tidy. We also rely heavily on Wrike Proof and our ability to real-time collaborate on documents and designs.ย
Hard to tell which feature I like most in wrike, because a single feature doesn't represent what it takes for a good tool.
Automation is great - custom workflows, request forms, and the activity infomation of the wrike mobile app, which I really miss in the standard wrike application.
The dashboards are where I fell in love with Wrike. Each morning I look over the tasks that are needed that day. It's so great to have a quick visual of what I actually need to do and what will be coming up shortly. It helps organize my strategy for the day.
All of them are great! I love the "Getting Started" set as they have helped us streamline our onboarding process to Wrike and given us so much time back! Our employees are getting into Wrike faster and feeling confident in their skills sooner. Game changer! I also love the analytics boards, blueprints, request forms, and the new automation engine! Excited to see how the engine progresses and evolves.ย
My current favorite was 204: Stay on Top of Work.ย I was the lead for our deployment and found that 204 was a great course to bring the features together from my other recommended classes, 101 and 203.ย For me I felt like those three courses were the core everyone needed to get started, then I could target other courses by role.ย ย
I think my currrent favorite Wrike Discover course has to be the Silver Product Certification course, where you help Yayfox Consulting build out their entire Wrike account. It was an extremely fun and engaging way to go through many of the actions and steps you will likely need to do on a regular basis (at least if you are an account admin or owner).
My favorite is 204 Stay on Top of Work. In our first week of implementation, I was getting SO many emails, and after this course, I was able to refresh my notification settings, create a functional series of dashboards, and just work without having to think about the work management tool. We are still implementing it, but I feel like this course helped me most adapt to this new tool.
Best new feature has to be Analyze.ย This has allowed our teams to create amazing and interactive reports that can quickly distill all the relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders across our business.ย It really ties all of our foundational data together that we've been building out for years.
Best feature for me is the calendar view. I need to plan multiple projects and types of projects out several months in advance, and being able to visualize and edit this quickly from the calendar makes managing these projects simple. I also love that there are so many ways to view projects and tasks. I use 3-4 views most every day, for different types of work. This really reduces the amount of time I need to spend managing projects.
My two favorite features are the Dashboards and the proofing. On a daily basis, I organize my information and host meetings using dashboards. The proofing tool is used by both our design and video team which streamlines the process and keeps all versions, comments and history in one place. This is extremely helpful in keeping track of how many versions we are doing, the types of changes that are being requested and for tracking the reasons for the number of billable hours.ย
301 - Meetings in Wrike.ย
Watched my first Wrike Discover videos this morning and plan to watch more in the future!
My favorite feature is the recurring tasks feature - they have been getting better over time and I like being able to "create all at once" or have them recur after they're completed. It allows us to keep our templates up to date on regular tasks.
My new favorite feature is Approvals. Helps us keep track of project statuses.
I thought that I have made all courses - I found them all very helpful, as I am admin at our side and the courses can be made in short time in between and give some very good insides.
That daily task made me looking back to the courses and I have seen that I missed the 306. So just made it. Thanks for this task.
I have many favorite features in Wrike but as a non-standard use case (HR and Talent), I still love some of the features intended for marketing teams. The timer on tasks is a big one. Not because I need to bill my time, but because I like to know that I'm solely working on this one task right now and it is satisfying to see my time add up.
I also absolutely love the fact that we can view our projects and tasks in any typical view we want, all in one place! Kanban, Gantt, List, etc! This has aided in my team adopting Wrike.
One of my favorite features (there are so many, it's hard to choose!) is reporting in Wrike. This year, we implemented monthly operational reporting and we could not have done that without Wrike and the ability to drill down into when projects were created, assigned, and completed.ย It really helped us follow trends and track the workload across the multiple teams that we have in Wrike.ย I love being able to give my manager "the numbers" in a matter of minutes!
One of my favorite Wrike features is the request form! Simple but extremely effective at saving loads of time. I can set up a form with exactly the info I might need to complete a task, such that the stakeholder filling it in can provide all info at once and we avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. The form submission then creates a task or a project, that can be automatically assigned either to myself or to our agency to deal with. Lifesaver!
I liked 601 - Automate with Integrate.ย
I just completed the Wrike Product Mastery: Silver Certification and found the "303 Transparency and Permissions" session useful. We have been breaking out different teams into their own space and having the ability to share or tag someone is a task is useful. Just signed up for the notifications on Weekly Release Notes and am looking forward to future sessions on the new automate features that are being developed.ย
I am a big fan of Wrike reports - we've starting reporting on our request forms this year and it's made it easy to develop SLA's and monitor them over time!
Functionality - Definitely dashboards. I use them daily and that was the first piece of functionality the others on the team said "oh, that's pretty useful".
I think my favorite feature of Wrike is the Dashboards! I love that I can add widgets to track all parts of my job! I also love that I can create new dashboards to track our new way to do QA in our department - via approvals!
I think my favorite feature is the new Automation feature. It's a lot easier to make simple automations there, as opposed to using wrike integrate. I just can't wait for it to be a little more robust.ย
The New Environment is my current fav feature, once I got used to it.ย Love the home button and being able to customize.ย It's also more intuitive for new users.
Workflows and dashboards are definitely the most useful to me - I love being able to have approvals automatically go from one person to the next without me having to manually change the status with workflows; and I've recently started using dashboards to help everyone on our marketing team really own the projects and tasks they start
