Folder Picker Improvements
We've given our Folder picker an upgrade! Here's what you can look forward to -
- Intelligent suggestions of most frequently used folders/projects/spaces.
- searching for folders/projects/spaces by permalink.
- hierarchical search is possible using "/".
G-Suite Add-on Upgrade
The following improvements for G-Suite are pretty "suite" if you ask me!
- Smart assignees - list of suggested assignees is automatically formed from an email's โtoโ & โccโ fields (if those emails are associated with a Wrike account).
- Strict workflows supported - if a workflow is pre-defined and a user can choose only certain task states, this now works the same way for tasks created from Google mail as in Wrike.ย
Wrikey Dog Settings
There is now a setting in the "Profile settings" section that allows you to disable Wrikey Dog in your workspace. Even the best dogs need a break every now and then ๐
Fixes
Pending for Approval Status
Sometimes, after all approvers gave their decision in approvals that were started for file versions, the approval status was still shown as "Pending for approval" in Proofing view. This is now fixed.
Job Roles Disappearing
When you mass-rescheduled tasks that had job roles as assignees, the job roles occasionally became invisible. Now fixed!
Did the ability to add people as "following" a task get removed in this update? Seems like that's no longer an option if you click the Follow/Unfollow button on a task?
@..., could you clarify what is the "Folder Picker"? ย Is that when you search and Folders are shown in the results? ย I read that article and still don't quite know what the "picker" is.
