[From Wrike] Smart Folders are coming to a Personal Space near you!

Remember when—in July—Wrike replaced the Table view with a newer Table view that mostly added and improved features? Yeah, that old legacy code is still available as a Wrike Labs add-on, yet they seem to have no intention of doing the same here despite vocal customer protest. Boggling.

I just realized that my renewal (for over $20k) is due in two months and, because of this, learned that I can do the same in Asana for $5k. So... Yeah...

I'm equally upset by how their handling this. I mean, I have a Wrike t-shirt I wear. I've been the biggest advocate. But they don't seem to care about us so...

Wrike, this is not the kind of stunt for an enterprise level service that charges premium prices.  The fact that a feature's code has become more difficult to maintain is your problem.  Don't make it our problem.  Instead of giving up, overcome it and figure out a way to fix it. 

If you don't rise to the level of expectations that you have established with your own high prices, a change of direction in your revenue graphs would not surprise me in the least.  I'd imagine it following when word starts to circulate about the costs incurred by companies that trusted you and are now suffering mounting migration/retooling/retraining expenses.  

For those of you moving to a different service, I would suggest caution.  Make sure to investigate if the replacement has made willy nilly changes the past.  If possible, have the service send you a confirmation with the minimum lifespan of any features that are mission-critical to your workflows.

Please let me address your main concern here: if we can keep MyWork for some accounts.

If your team is heavily relying on My Work and has certain blockers from switching to personal My To-Do lists, we will keep My Work for your account for a while.  We read all the comments in this thread and take the concerns into account. We are pulling up a list of accounts that will keep My Work for the transition period.

We’ll be keeping My Work enabled for your account until all major blockers are resolved in My To-Do.

If your account gets added to the list to keep My Work, though you do not see My Work after October, 31, please contact our Support team here and they will be happy to assist you.

We use the My Work function daily.  The struggle with the My to-do is that it only shows the parent task and you have to expand all of the subtasks to see what is actually due that day.  I don't need the main parent task to show up in the My to-do, just the step that is due that day like My Work had.  Can you please add StructureM to the list to keep My Work?

I'm sorry, but my to-do is garbage. There's a task assigned to me that doesn't show up in my to-do but does in my work.

How can the Wrike team think this is a worthwhile replacement??

Hi! As a feedback, I think that would be better if we as users could stick the smartfolders on the top of the bar during a search through the rest of the folders

And Also I want my team to retain My Work tab too.
