Per sbloccare un account di prova scaduto, il titolare dell'account può fare login come al solito e cliccare su "Acquista abbonamento" nel pop-up che vedrà. Sarà reindirizzato ad un'altra pagina, dove potrà selezionare 5 come dimensione del team e cliccare su "Downgrade alla versione gratuita" in alto a destra. L'account sarà sbloccato e potrà continuare ad usarlo in versione Free. Se necessario, il titolare dell'account può sempre eliminarlo cliccando sulla sua foto profilo in alto a destra > "Gestione account" > passare alla scheda "Impostazioni" > in basso ci sarà l'opzione "Elimina il mio account".
