offline work

I was trying Wrike in order to choose a tool to help me to organize projects, but as it can not work offline it is not a choice for me.help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004681229?flash_digest=e9da111c24afc2ab406dd4137e829f8ef604f641

Hi Silvio! I'm sorry to hear that Wrike won't work for you, but understand if you need offline mode on the desktop and browser versions of the platform. In case it impacts your decision, I wanted to mention that our iOS and Android apps do offer some offline support. Let me or Community members know if you have any questions!

Hi,
I can just support the comments above. Why it is possible on a mobile device but not on a desktop PC. With no offline mode, wrike is not useful for me. I will have to search for another Workflow tool. Sorry to say. The other features I really liked.

Martin

Hello Martin Hoffmann, thank you for posting and sharing your feedback. I've shared it with our Product team and your Wrike representative.

There is a post here, could you please check it out and let me know if this is similar to your use case?

If so, please upvote that post. The number of upvotes on a request helps our team assess the popularity of the idea. Here is a useful article explaining what happens after we receive Product feedback 🖊

Okay. I did it. But I don't see any movement, when this other post was already started in 2017... 4 Years and it didn't came. So, I guess my vote will not make the difference.

Hi again Martin Hoffmann, thank you for raising your concern around this. Please allow me to share a bit more detail about our Product Feedback process and planning which is further explained in this Community post.

Our Product team has direct access to each idea posted in the Product Feedback forum and they review them when developing an update or function. We have a guide to voting and statuses which is based on the voting system. It means that there is a threshold of 60 upvotes that, once reached, automatically requires the Product Team to provide an update. This does not mean that feedback requires 60 votes before our Product Team considers it but it does show how popular the idea is amongst our Community members.

When deciding what to work on next, the Product team looks at a wide range of information. They review all relevant data, user feedback, and Community suggestions/votes and this detail guides them on what to prioritize next. The team always aims to focus on implementing the functionality that will have the widest impact and benefit for the most users, and it's for this reason, that we can't implement all of the suggestions we receive via our various feedback channels.

We'll be sure to post here if there are any changes in relation to this suggestion. Thanks for voting and posting.

When researching for the kind of software like Wrike I keep coming back to the one and most important feature for me... offline work in a desktop app. On the various review portals Wrike was mentioned to have an offline mode. Very disappointing is does not because I liked what I tried out.

I just don't understand the "always online" trend. I am the captain of a yacht and offline is a situation where we find ourself in if not most of the time. What's even more, the times offline are the moments when working on project management is most useful.
