This new OKR template is impressive. In the YouTube episode you mention a longer video on how to use the template was available, but I didn't find a link. I'd love to learn what resources exist to help set this up for our team. We are adopting OKRs for the first time this year and I'm so excited that we get to lean into Wrike for the process.

I love this template! The fact that there's one single dashboard that includes Company, Department, and Personal OKRs (with the Personal section reflecting Current User) makes it so easy for anyone to refer to, regardless of their team.

I'm excited to dig into this and see how we can implement it within our strategic planning process! We're using a dashboard to monitor our strategic initiatives across the organization for executive oversight, but to have an additional layer that looks at how they bubble up to our measurable organizational goals takes this up a whole other level.

Great episode! I really liked the practical approach to aligning day-to-day work with strategic goals using folders and dashboards. I can definitely see this being useful for tracking campaign performance and connecting creative output with brand-level OKRs. Looking forward to seeing more use cases like this for marketing teams.

This is great, but I wish there was a widget in Wrike Dashboards that could show timelines for a project within one line, something like this (but prettier!):

          PROJECT A:  Kickoff (9/1/25) --------- Requirements Complete (9/10/25) ----------- Development Complete (12/1/25) ---------- QA Complete (2/1/26) ---------- Launch (3/1/26)

That way we would be able to show a list of projects with the high-level timelines (e.g. for milestones), rather than having Gantt or Calendar views that take up a lot of vertical space.

Great idea.  Have Wrike users determine what are the questions moving forward and then have solutions for Wrike.  Then Have it easy access for other people.  

Dashboard did look like a clean.  Goal performance would be pretty cool to set up with the team.  I am sure the boss would like to have this and then makes the conversations during the year easier.

Definitely - connecting projects that support strategy makes it really powerful to help measure the impact of our work.  So doing it all in one place makes a lot of sense.  There is even non-project work (i.e. Change Requests) that certainly could be algined too. 

And lets face it, nobody loves scrambling the last week of the quarter to try and remember/find/list all the things they did that help support outcomes.

I love this!  I see the request form mentions working with Datahub.  I don't think we have that connection.  Does this OKR solution come over as a space or template of projects and dashboards to customize for our own use?  Thanks

Florian Gascho Curious to get a bit more thought around your idea.  Are you looking to measure OKRs against a specific business segment?  i.e. This Key Result is related to these departments.  Or are you proposing a different type of hierarchical component in Wrike to break away from spaces?  Super curious to understand the question a bit more!

Hi Matt Allen, maybe I can try to give you some more insight onto this topic. We've been a customer at Wrike longer than Spaces exist - so for us all happens in once space.

This has made it quite difficult for keeping everything nice and organized. Eitherway since our Space has been growing over the years our various business Segements have also grown. So now we're struggling to have reporting done in the eyes of the various Businessegments as its all on one Space. Therefore my question if there is a solution into a more business Segment orientated way of tracking OKRs, Goals etc.

I know Wrike has been catering more towards an approach of Space by Team/department but we have yet to make that jump/ are still a bit reluctant how to break apart (or not break) our grand Space. If there are any more questions, feel free to let me know!

Lisa Gomes Hey Lisa!  The solution is configured in the video above and as-designed with Datahub.  So just want to be upfront with that so we don't get on a call and you're disappointed as it doesn't have all the features.  That being said, we have configured it minus the datahub components for others.  It will be imported in as a new space.  Thanks!
