We have developped a very robust system using CITs, Custom fields, Automations, Workflows - the works. And we have been very pleased with the AI Summary, Ai Highlights (Dashboards) and Copilot. However it isn't clear if when using the Copilot function it is accessing all the fields and using them in its responses. What does Copilot look at when compiling for a response? We are trying to keep the description of tasks as a 'how to perform' the task section. All other more structural data is kept in custom fields (fligh dates, budget pacing, frequency , etc). Then we use comments for status updates between users. Can Copilot combine all these elements to answer questions about: what was the latest decision on topic x (comments)?, are there any tasks with a high or low variance (custom field)? Are there any urgent comments in the monitoring tasks (CIT)?

We also have Parent tasks that work with child tasks (monitoring -> segments, or setup -> buddy check) and how these tasks interact with each other is very important; Does copilot take this into account - does it check the item type of the task to respond to questions? Sometimes it seems it is mostly using the task names to 'interpret' what type of task it is.

๐Ÿ’ฌ How are you using AI today (in Wrike or elsewhere)?ย Our team frequently integrates AI into various aspects of our work. However, we haven't yet fully adopted the AI functionalities available within Wrike.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What questions do you have about AI Agents, Copilot, or automation?ย I would love a comprehensive list of use cases and example questions to ask AI for maximum effectiveness. One of the main challenges we face is not knowing where to begin or what questions to ask.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What are you hoping to learn during the session? I am hoping to get an understanding of how I can utilize the AI features in my day to day and how we can use them as an admin group vs as a team/individuals. I am eager to learn more about the AI Agents and their functions.

We have been very excited to help test AI agents. Two of the main struggles we've encountered that have stopped us from implementing more of them are:

  1. Incompatibility with automations: Our account has a lot of automations. Right now there are a lot of places where an agent would be super useful to reduce repetitive work or save time, but we are unable to use one because it would need to be triggered by an automation and this is not currently possible.
  2. No access to account-level workflows: Many of our workflows are account-level because they were created before space-level workflows existed and there is no way to convert them. We have several instances where we could replace multiple automation rules with one AI agent, but are unable to do so because we can't trigger from an account-level workflow.

So, my question is: Is either one of these issues on the map to be solved in the near future? If not, why?

I want to start using AI directly in Wrike and integrate it in our workflows.
Actually we use a lot of AI tools but not in Wrike

Kelly St Cyr Pietro Poli thank you for your input! We hope that the webinar was helpful and offered ideas and insights on how this can be used in your workflows!ย

Dexie Denis Ali Moses we've asked our product managers to look closely into the questions and issues that you've raised. It might take them some time as they're extremely busy, but we're hoping to provide some answers next week. Stay tuned!ย ย
