When I go to a project and click on the file view I do not see a way to delete all, just download all. Am I looking in the wrong place?
Hi Jennifer, you should see a rubbish bin icon, once you've ticked the checkboxes the attachment.
Take a look below and let me know if you're still having an issue 👍
I am referring to while you are in the files tab/view so you can see files from different tasks not just on task. I attached a screen shot showing what I am talking about.
Ah, sorry, Jennifer. Yes, you can't remove files from across different tasks so you'd need to open the task and delete from the task itself - sorry for the misunderstanding. I've passed your feedback on this to the Product Team as I can see how it could be helpful to have that option 👍
I don't see the Download All Attachments option when I'm in a folder. I can view all Attachments, but I see no way to download all. Is there a way to download all attachments from within a folder that contains multiple Projects, in which the Tasks in those Projects have the attachments?
Hi Kevin! The Files View helps a lot with mass downloads 🤘 . Check out these steps on how to download multiple files at a time.
